This is a pretty interesting mall on the west side of Indy. Seems most of the major anchor stores are gone and it's filled with smaller shops. A hand full of barber shops, lots of small clothing stores and even a few restaurants make up the inside of the mall. It is a large space and probably was very busy as some point in time. Overall it seems to work for the people who go there and has some things that the community needs. I've heard many people say that it's a scary place now, but everyone that I met seemed pretty content being there.

Great mall for a special on Gold teeth!

I had to kill some time while my car was being worked on down the road at Tires Plus and boy, this was the sketchiest mall I've been to outside of South Atlanta. The stores are all either jewelry, shoes, or local entrepreneurs selling hip-hop fashions. The anchor department stores are Shopper's World - which might be the most bootleg, run-down excuse for a department store that I've ever seen - and Burlington Coat Factory. Oh and if you're looking to duck in and grab a quick meal at the food court don't waste your time. Just hit a fast food joint on Lafayette instead.

    The cracked phone case

Not what it used to be and that's fine. I don't recommend you going here at all though. Maybe for the actual shops, but not the venders. A specific vender that sold phone cases took my sister's phone and wouldn't give it back until she bought something. He wanted her to pay $50 for a cracked case. She bought a cheaper one, but it was still cracked. Moral of the story? Keep a strong hold on your phone and don't buy from the middle venders. Don't go there at all. I tried calling security, but the number was "unavailable". Will keep trying, but the case wasn't worth the $15 wasted on it and it wasn't what she wanted. P.S. We know that venders are trying to make a living and such and not all are like this, but this wasn't the way to go.

The mall has fallen into decline with limited stores to shop in. I went to the newly open (5/6 months ago) Gym Addicts. Tre the Trainer is having a buddy special. His workouts are challenging, include a workout and tailored to meet your goals. Glad he found a home in the mall. Perhaps, it's about to experience a comeback!

Used to be a great little mall, no longer. Dirty, very few stores and the staff the stores DO seem suspicious of any shoppers. Too bad

Just a quick review on my experience at this hispanic indoor "mall" in Indy. I was cravaing ice…read morecream and we had some time to kill so I made my bf pull over to get ice cream at this random Yelp find about 5 minutes from where we were when I suddenly desired ice cream. Now... I took 8 years of Spanish but my brain went haywire and I couldn't say a single word of Spanish. That was a problem as everyone spoke Spanish. And not everyone spoke English. That's not a problem, of course. I should have been more prepared but my big dumb dumb brain failed me. There are at least two places to order ice cream inside. We got ice cream from the stand right by the entrance. That was the wrong one as I had wanted to try the stand with the unique flavors like corn and horchata. The one we went to had like a dozen basic flavors and milkshakes. Do a little bit of wandering inside if you want to find the stand with the unique flavors. There are dozens of other stalls inside, selling all sorts of stuff from cheap garbage to even dishwashers and hot tubs! We didn't see what the food trucks outside had. My bf got 2 scoops of ice cream ($5.50) and I panicked ordered a massive size of an oreo milkshake ($8.75 and 80000 calories). It was okay. Not as good as a DQ Blizzard which is top tier in the oreo mix em up game. Prices are barely on anything so make sure to brush up on your basic Spanish. As for the bathroom, it was messy, busy, and well worn. Also, parking was near impossible and potholes are abundant. Yikes. I am glad we tried this interesting experience, but I don't think I will ever go back.

I popped over here on Saturday to check it out; since many of my students had mentioned it to me…read more It's located on the west side, I honestly just browsed around and took in all the sights. There is something for everyone at this location, clothes, shoes, accessories, appliances! I'm glad I got the chance to check it out, I ended up purchasing an evil eye bracelet as well as an our lady of Guadalupe bracelet. I'd visit again, especially to check out the restaurant in the back!

The area feels artsy and very pedestrian/bike friendly. The restaurants look nice, but not overly expensive or unapproachable. It's funny because when I visit new cities, I tend to gravitate towards the restaurants in these type of areas. On this trip, I ate at both Milktooth and Bluebeard - both wonderful places to eat. I also had drinks at Four Finger Distillery and Inferno Room. It's located really close to the main downtown Indianapolis area. I actually parked in the area between here and the downtown area when I went to the Colts game on the Sunday I was here.

I take my foodie group to this area to dine out a lot. And you can take a nice walk around the area and admire the murals of this area. There are so many, gorgeous and from such talented artists. I often take a stroll before or after dinner to see the murals or peruse through the little shops. One of the big plus points had always been the free parking. Unfortunately it seems to be changing as I have ended up in a couple of paylots lately. I am not amused. So do yourself a favor and double check your parking spot to see if you need to pay.

I showed up today after a very long drive already in a mediocre mood. I went up to the front desk to ask about a Facebook Marketplace agreement I had made for a sofa set and the price, only to find out there had been some miscommunication. At first I honestly thought I might have been scammed, which instantly put me in a terrible mood. I definitely huffed around and complained about how far I had driven while trying to sort it out. Long story short...the Facebook Marketplace dealer was not a scam at all. We had simply misunderstood which pieces we were talking about. Fast forward to the end of the visit: three employees (two gentlemen and a woman / I'm sad I didn't get their names) helped me load everything and went the extra mile in every way. They were incredibly kind to me... even after my less-than-great attitude earlier. I tipped them and apologized for being grumpy, but I have to say I left there genuinely believing in people again. They handled the situation with so much patience and kindness. Very cool experience. I'll absolutely be back (with a better attitude!) and I'll be paying that kindness forward. Thank you to those three employees....even helped load my trailer. Seriously nice. Like....extra! Thank yoU!
