I have visited her office three times now (guess what...still no cavities!), and have zero complaints. She's about the friendliest person you'll ever meet too. My services always go smoothly. Her office is clean and modern, equipped with all top dental equipment. On my most recent visit, the office had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute. Most medical offices will penalize a patient if they do this yet do it themselves freely. Not Dr. Snyder's office. I received a gift card for the inconvenience of the last minute rescheduling. I sincerely appreciated this accountability and gesture. Even though Dr. Snyder is out of network for me and I have to pay in full up front and wait for insurance to reimburse me, going to a friendly and ethical dental office is worth it. However, since I've been going there, I've been diagnosed with 2 cavities (two different times), was recommended for a root canal (performed at a different recommended office), recommended to have a wisdom tooth out (also performed at a different recommended office). That was 11 weeks ago and part of my face is still numb. Now, I'm left wondering how much of that was needed and how much was a cash grab. In the past I had read similar reviews, but ignored them. BEWARE, Be SKEPTICAL, and ask for proof of diagnosis!

Regarding: Indy Endodontics (Avon) Appointment Office Personnel…read moreI learned from my regular dentist I had an abscessed tooth and would need to get my first root canal. My dentist said they will provide the referral and 3D scan to the root canal specialists I chose. I contacted Indy Endodontics (IE) because they accepted my dental insurance and received very good reviews. Upon contacting IE it didn't take to long to find out they wanted to charge me up to $315 to do another 3D scan. This was evident when they would not look at the 3D scan my dentist sent them on a CD and then attach in an email using Dropbox. I do not recommend this practice as long as they give a potential patient the run around. It is hard enough to go through a root canal when you have to have a crown drilled through to remove the calcified nerve. After contacting many other independent endodontists, I was able to get the work done more professionally from initial contact to completion. Senior Citizen
