TLDR: You are required to set up appointments for all visits now…read more After attempting to apply online (which didn't work) I happened to be in the area for the DMV so I figured I'd walk over as it's not stated anywhere online that you must have an appointment. When you get there the loud speaker announcement states they have appointments available within 5 days. I almost laughed because it's wildly inaccurate. I'd booked an appointment a few days before for the first one available - almost 3 weeks out. Even if you go by business days, it's not close to being accurate. Currently they'll let you sign in, get a number, wait for 30 minutes, then call your number, and at your window you'll be told to make an appointment and they'll refuse to help you further. It's absolutely bonkers and I've never seen anything like it. After I was told I could wait an additional 3-4 hours for the possibility of speaking with someone, I asked if like the DMV they could text me when someone can speak with me. No. No, they don't do that either. I left. I will say I ended up googling and found a great thread that talked about the different processes people have used to get into their non-working SSA accounts. I tried a few of them and was finally able to log in via IDme on an incognito window so I could download a statement of my account, which solved about half of what I needed. Overall, it was a pretty awful and extremely inefficient experience all around. Definitely would not recommend.

When I asked for proof of my appointment to show my job you guys blacked out my SSN for what? Come today and the Asian lady tells me at window 8 I can't take your documents sat there for how long looking at the computer and when I handed her my stuff and my OLD social security from when I was married say I can't take none of these. I need your resident card. I told her I told them it was stolen when I made the appointment I am in the process of getting my citizenship I was just told since my father was a US Citizen and served in the navy I havr to file for my citizenship. In the process of this now then the lady was like I don't know if you're going to be approved. I was llike excuse me? She said oh I'm sorry I just need the card. They should of said that to me so I could pull it up online with the number and whatever expiration date she said she needed. You had me come here to waste my time and be rude about it. I've should of known better to come here because when my mother passed away I came here to give her death certificate and the Hispanic man who called my number told me I don't need to take that from you the mortorary will send all of that to us. Okay I was there with it reporting her death. Just a waste of time here

IdentoGO - Front desk. It's a Saturday so no one from H&R Block seems to be here. Little sign for IdentoGO

Arrived at the desk at 1130 am, greeted by the front desk and asked for my passport. "I'm not leaving the USA. I am going to Hawaii. It's apart of the United states. I did bring my birth certificate, ID and marriage license." *note picture attached* Debra, the pre TSA rep tells me, " You need your passport for this." I brought the email, which plainly states what is needed and passport is not one. I show her the email. *once again, see picture attached* She asked another customer, "Right? Bring your passport?" Then Debra very rudely says, "Do you want my help or not." (Obviously I do, I made the appt..... )She proceeds to say, "Well, you can either bring your passport of original birth certificate..." Seriously, this lady... I worry the people they have employed to screen others... was not seen until after my 1 pm appt. I was told I could come early and be considered a walk in. Would have preferred to have been told, "come come back" then wait for over and hour and half. I told the girl at the desk, it would've been more considerate to explain to customers that they will have a wait. Then a gentleman came in asking if he could be seen earlier and they let him know right off it's a wait and they schedule up to 3 people at a time every 20 min.

Came here on a Saturday without an appointment. Was expecting a wait. Got here around 10:30, out of…read morehere by 12:30. Make sure you complete the pre-enrollment process before you get here -- it speeds up things for everyone. The sign-in process was unnecessarily confusing. There wasn't anyone at the front desk - which is also the same reception for H&R Block - and there were papers strewn everywhere that should've been put away, because they said contradictory things: - No walk-ins until 2pm - They are not taking walk-ins today - There's a separate sign in sheet for walk-ins vs appointments - Etc. Super confusing. I ended up asking the guy what to do - he said to just sign in. Apparently there's only 1 sign-in sheet (not two like the paper said) and you can mark if you have an appointment or not. If you're applying for more than 1 person, make sure you write down everyone's names (or else the administrator won't count you, and you'll be bumped down the line). We had a few appointments cancel, so that made things go a bit faster. Once you're actually in the hot seat, it takes less than 5 minutes to do the whole she-bang. The administrator explained that it's the elderly who take way longer; their finger pads have been worn down, so it's harder to finger print them. Glad I don't have to go back here for another 5 years. The administrator was super nice at least.

He used racially charged and vulgar language toward her, repeatedly called her "stupid," and referred to her using profane and derogatory terms, including the "B-word." He assumed she was driving illegally without any basis and attempted to intimidate her by loudly identifying himself as a police officer, clapping his hands aggressively, and escalating the situation. A woman who identified herself as his girlfriend and who stated she was also an officer from Danville who was also off duty, arrived on the scene and was witnessed telling Officer Williams to calm down due to his erratic behavior. They both later provided false information to CHP about who was at fault for the accident. After researching we could only find her last name has the letters BAN in it. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, especially from someone entrusted with upholding the law. Officer Williams' actions were not only unprofessional but dangerous and discriminatory. Behavior like this undermines public trust and raises serious concerns about his fitness to serve as a law enforcement officer
