I ended up dropping the service after being upcharged for having the top of my comforter popping out the top of the bag at drop off. I asked about the charge (because I had never had that issue before) and was told it was a "bag closure fee." I told them it was a single comforter and a part of the top of the comforter popped out. I asked for them to reverse my fee. Eliza flatly refused and said it was a valid charge. Crazy pants position to take for a loyal customer who has never had this issue before. I am now with another company that charges less and per load and is just as convenient.

My clothes were returned and smell good but I requested bleach be used on my whites only to have all my whites returned in a very dingy, gray shade as if they were washed with dark clothes. One was a brand new Tommy Hilfiger shirt only worn once and is now ruined. They offered to re-wash it. Not sure how you wash out dingy but apparently it's what they offer. Never again. I now have a card with 50¢ on it that I'll never use. Ladybug has the money and no intention of giving it back. I also had no idea that the first machine I tried to use was out of order. My Tide is in there and I won't get that back either. As with many laundromats, the machines had a slimy film under the rubber seal. Front loaders need to have the door open between uses to allow them to dry and not build up mold.
