The first day all she did was talk for approximately 4 hours or half the day. There wasn't even a dent in what needed to be done. The second day my mom sent her home after a couple hours. You could not tell anything had been done. She charged my mom almost $800.00! This is an obscene amount of money when you take into consideration what was actually accomplished! My stepmom and dad came over to give her a hand and accomplished 20× more in two hours than she did in two days at practically no charge. I don't leave many reviews, even less negative ones. However I'm very passionate about this. Total crap! If you couldn't complete the task you shouldn't have accepted the job. You certainly shouldn't have charged such an obscene amount, when services were no where close to being rendered. Disgraceful!

Our condo is small, 1005 sq ft. 2 bedroom 2 bath. I've had it cleaned for $290 from another cleaner. So, they came in and after 11 hours of cleaning - so SLOW - we, me and our daughter were moving items out, furniture running things to donation places while they were working, but so slow. we kept wondering when this would be done!? We left around 4:30. After working ourselves for like 8 hours. We got a message at 9:00 PM the workers are done. It was a team of 2. You're bill is $850? WHAT! Oh heck no! 11 Hours!? We have pics proving crap work, I mean stainless refrigerator and dishwasher was nasty after the cleaning! (Attached) they don't know what stainless steel cleaner is!? Really?! This Co. Says $75/hr oh but then you don't know there's a 4.5% surcharge for using a debit or credit card. Oh and he wants payment in 24 Hrs ... no checks. Avoid this business at all costs! He gouges and is ready, willing and WILL RIP YOU OFF! If you don't pay in 24 hrs, he charges $25/day! Late fee. He makes this up as he goes. None of these policies were provided up front. He is desperate. We were having the carpets replaced next day and explicitly said DO NOT DO ANY CARPET CLEANING! We are replacing it tomorrow. They cleaned carpets ... why? I guess to milk hours! They vacuumed the carpet Cheats! By the way, we paid cash and had to negotiate waiving the 4.5 % service fee off much to his dismay. He made it very difficult.
