Outstanding service…read more Thank you for the service you provided me this morning. Your staff member, Ryan Castaneda, treated the interior of my home today for insect pest control. Your office committed to a window of time when scheduling the appointment. Mr. Castaneda called me early today to reconfirm the visit and provide me with a better estimate as to when he would arrive. He arrived at the time he gave me., Mr. Castaneda talked with me about my specific concerns. He was pleasant and professional. I left the house for the recommended time. Whatever product used. only a mild smell remained when I returned home. Your office staff were friendly, efficient snd helpful in scheduling this treatment. . They were also patient.. due to an ongoing renovation I had to reschedule the service twice. Thank you for the good work of the staff. All went well. I am confident my insect pest problem is now under control on based on the outstanding quality of previous pest management services I have been provided by San Joaquin Pest Control . Thank you

The lady I spoke on the phone with was helpful and polite. The guy who came to exterminate was quick and was to the point at doing his job. No problems and it did most of the job. The second time, the guy they sent seemed fine until he started to make me feel uncomfortable when he was walking around my house commenting on things in my house. And they were not comments about pests. He creepily stared with longer than normal moments like it was about to turn into a dateline story! Yes, I get it that some of you don't get what this means. But have you ever felt creeped out by something and you get the chills. Like that feeling something is not right. You got it...like in the serial killer moves with the regular old white dude who acts all friendly. It was that kinda deal. And yes everything turned out to be fine, but I mean why do you have to be creepy. I could expand on the odd occurrences but there just is no point. The whole point is just do your job and move on. People hire a company to come into their homes and your employees should be respectful, not just with their words but body language and how they maneuver a space. Like don't block me in a space I have no exit to and then stare at me creepily...like looking me dead in the face, saying nothing, eye balls wide open. That's just strange behavior using body language and you should be aware of yourself. So, bc of this experience with one of their representatives of their company, I have this company a 2 star. I would give them a 1, but the receptionist is nice and they were on time. That all counts for something.

I was supposed to have my residence sprayed this morning and they said between 8am-10am would be my appointment time and I also left my phone number for the technician to call when he was on his way. And here it is 1020 with no technician, no phone call and basically a no-show. My house is completely turned upside down everything is put away and it's been like this since yesterday since 5 PM to have the whole house ready for him to come spray. It's just frustrating how it's messing with my day, and my time to come back home with my 2 kiddos.
