But Jonathan was always prompt, patient in explaining the situation, and helpful. He's very trustworthy, kind, and communicative and is overall very good at his job. He went above and beyond to explain various situations and address any concerns we had. I'm sure Jonathan sees his fair share of not great (disgusting) things but he is not bothered by it (or at least doesn't show it) and is just helpful with a positive attitude.
