For example, the Brown Bear in Puyallup, WA is not as good as driving a little further south on Meridian Avenue to discover one of their newest locations in Graham, WA. The Graham location is not only new, with a better ability to clean, but has self wash if your car is super dirty or you like to pre-prep your wheels, as I do. I find the Graham location to be cleaner overall and with vacuums that suck better. However, you can never go wrong visiting any of the Brown Bear locations, as they are all able to wash your car better then other carwashes. I have been a customer of Brown Bear for many years. I currently have monthly plans on all three of my cars. The membership plans that allow you to wash as many times as you want, ( I have been known to wash one of my cars 3 times in one day) even back-to-back. The prices pay for them selves as long as you wash your car 3x in a month. As for Brown Bear as a company, that guarantees their service, they are second to none. I have had damage occur once on a vehicle I own. The Carwash broke off my wiper in the back of the car. I contacted the location, and they in turn, contacted the main office. I was quickly contacted by the district manager and the issue was resolved in a very acceptable amount of time. I needed to get an estimate of replacement, including parts and labor from the auto dealer location. Once that was given to the DM, a check was mailed immediately. What a great place to do business, and what a NW staple. I am very proud to have Brown Bear part of our communities. And I look forward, knowing my cars will be clean. (except when the NW rain takes over)
