Since there are no brushes (hard to find) you won't get your paint scratched. And since they have regular employees on site instead of like the automatic places, if something isn't working right they can respond immediately. I once noticed a set of nozzles on one side was not spraying anything. They let me go back through after they fixed it right then AND gave me a card for another top tier wash. I will also note that, unlike a lot of places, their vacuums are really strong and actually get the job done. The only downside is they do such a good job, it gets busy often.
