Intuitions was the second stop in my self-guided patisserie tour of Cannes, and wow was it tasty! I…read morewas still recovering from my chocolate hangover (courtesy of Jean-Luc Pele) so ordered the lemon tart and this pistachio mousse and sponge cake type dessert. By the time I was able to sit down and eat them an hour or two later, the lemon tart was a bit melted but still delicious. It was a nice balance between sweet and tart and I really enjoyed the meringue drops that decorated the base. The pistachio dessert was also really nice and had some very unique flavours. Hope to return next year!
