Very unfriendly guy at the register. My receipt says his name is Joy. Not sure if that's really his name but "Joy", is not an appropriate name for him. He's more like "Misery". I placed my sweater on the counter while a grabbed my wallet to pay. He asked me to hand the sweater to him because I guess he couldn't be bothered to stretch his arm 5 inches to get it himself. He then asked me for my email address. I started saying it and he said just write it down. I guess he couldn't be bothered by listening to me saying it. He then handed me my bag. No hello. No thank you. No good bye. He seemed miserable to be there and thinks he's above everyone. I see other reviews on yelp as well as in Google of multiple people complaining of the rude staff in this store alone. I get it. I was planning on returning the sweater but receipt says they don't give refunds just store credit. I'll keep it because I like it but I will never step foot in that store again. I will also be contacting headquarters with a copy of my receipt so that they can provide some training to this rude staff. I'm sure the cameras will show his rudeness if they review it. read more

I came to the mall last night to do someChristmas shopping for my family and and one of my shopping bags that I had from shopping for a while was ripping on the bottom and Lacoste happen to be the store approaching me so I came in asked the lady miaagros for a bag very kindly she said NO I then offered to buy the bag N she told me no so I then proceeded to purchase a pair of socks that way I can have a shopping bag N she wouldn't check me out she had another lady check me out N her name was Rosie checked me out N I kindly asked her if she could give me a med size shopping bag N the situation and she was going to get me the bag and Miaagros told her no so she gave me a small bag I was very upset so I asked all the lady's at the registers name and left with my socks As I was walking I was so upset with the situation because it's the holidays and I couldn't understand why she was so cruel ... I proceeded to walk to my car and a few stores down there was another lacroste so being curious I walked n kindly asked for a bag n offered to pay for it or buy something n the man kindly gave me a bag and said happy holidays ... I went back to lacroste to refund the socks I've bought and she said she could only give me store credit and I began to ask why if I had the receipt and just bought them not even 3 minutes prior n the kind lady Natalie stepped in n said I'll do it for you as we were doing the transaction the lady MIAAGROS told Natalie she couldn't do the return until I gave her the shopping bag that came in it I asked why if to return something you don't need a shipping back only the product and receipt and she said I don't care I need MY BAG she said so I handed it to her and she crushed it and threw it away couldn't believe what was happening over a shopping bag . Moral of the story the lady Natalie kindly returned the socks I got a bag from another store .. i was very upset as my husband just passed away in September n this is my first holiday season without him . I really hate to write this review because Lacoste is a brand I love. The store at sawgrass mills mall is unprofessional and not customer friendly. On December 20 I received an e mail advertisement which stated on Saturday December 21 Super Saturday specials T's ( t shirts ) 19.99 On Saturday I was among the first customers when they opened. The first sales person barely spoke English. Nobody knew about the sale and I asked to speak to the Manager. A young lady said she was in charge and didn't know about the sale. I showed her the e mail and she went in the back and brought out 5 small orange shirts and said these are on sale. I informed her that these are all small sizes and she again said she wasn't aware of any sale. I have shopped at this location since it opened and believe that management should be aware of this type of incident. read more

Lacoste brand has been around forever but I never went to any locations while living in VA. This French brand has a location in Sawgrass which attracts a lot of European customers. It's my go to location while gift buying for people who like Lacoste. They have a larger storefront in Boca Raton but that is a full retail price store. This location has more promotions and sales. Usually the sales change throughout the year but they always have mix and match polos that are 2 for $100. Also clearance and sale round racks have clothing for $39 and higher, which include polos, sports pants, outwear etc. They also sell shoes and accessories like bags and hats etc. Customer service is nonexistent due to employees usually hurdled around the registers talking with each other. But this store is small so if you like something, it's easy to shop here and get rung up within a few minutes.~ read more

Went to sawgrass to buy shoes to take to New York the minute I walked into the store. The lady said we got five minutes to close. I went ahead and started picking out the shoes. She was giving me an attitude, I saw down to train a pair shoes and the cashiers mother was there helping her and she told the cashier or she's trying on a pair of shoes and now we're basically hurting me up to get me out of the store. Had a miserable time trying to place an order online, Lacoste customer service was of no help. They basically told me there was nothing they could do and insinuated I didn't have sufficient funds on my card. Went to the store here and Macarena was working. She was really friendly and very helpful. She assisted me with the order so it would go through and I could get the shoes I wanted. Thanks to her I was able to complete my order and she changed my experience from a negative to a positive one while helping the store acquire revenue. Dear Lacoste, she saved the day, hire more people like her. read more

The staff are extremely rude. Not welcoming the customer and one of their staff came to us instead of offering to help us made fun of us because we were looking for a coupon. In this competitive market for retailers staff should be polite. If somebody is spending $90 for a shirt she/he should be treated better than this. It's a big shame for this company. read more

I love this store! Easily one of my favorites at the mall here at Sawgrass. The great sales they have here are the reason most shirts you'll see me wear have a gator on the front right side. The only downside is that I can't stop buying stuff here. I'd really like to get some other brands of clothing some day. :/ read more

I would like to start off this review by stating that the clothing is extremely good quality and very nice. It is quite expensive but you can usually find a good deal. Now I will explain why I am giving such a poor review and it is because of the poor customer service: I am writing in order to share a very disappointing experience I encountered at the Sawgrass Mills Mall location in Sunrise Florida with an employee by the name of Reddit. While I was waiting online to purchase my items, Reddit was very mean to the other employees and spoke down to them saying "You would not make mistakes if you slowed down." It was my turn and it was my birthday so I excited to use my birthday coupon on a shirt. The coupon was ringing up 40$ in place of 20$. Reddit began telling me that I would have to come back to use it. I said politely that I have been waiting and would like to use it. He went to the back to call his boss Vanessa. He came back ten minutes later and stood at the computer for another 15min before he told me that he was trying manually and it would not work. I explained it was my birthday and I really needed to go and asked what the issue was. He was a bit on the cold side and said he would not give the coupon and to come back. I said that was not acceptable and he offered to give a "damaged discount" which confused me since the item was not damaged. In the end I spent 45min on my birthday trying to use my Lacoste birthday present and was unable to use it. I contacted customer service and they gave me a refund of $20, but nothing additional was done to try and justify this manner. After my experience I really doubt I would ever return to that particular store. read more
