Wayne Ahlquist the owner is the most dishonest person i have met, sold me a Harley Davidson V-Rod…read moreon 8/23/2023 claiming all fluids were changed and bike was inspected and had ZERO Problems, i went to pick up bike where He refused me a test drive stating "company policy NO test drives" i took him at his word (My biggest mistake) and after the over 2 hour drive with the bike on my trailer i took my first ride and found the bike was not going into neutral! i contacted Wayne who said i could bring it down and they would charge me to look at it, i decided to bring bike to laconia NH Harley Davidson who looked at the bike and said fluids were NOT changed and the clutch fluid was contaminated and the clutch master cylinder was bad and needed to be replaced, i paid $600 for the repair and sent wayne the bill copy where he said he is not paying i. this guy i found out buys local trade in motorcycles from other dealerships before the dealerships have a chance to go through them at a cheap price then resells them for alot more. acme bikes in Merideth nh is a dishonest shop and i warn everyone to run away from this place!

It does not feel like like a big dealership. The owner, Dale, seems knowledgeable and honest. I dropped off my 20 year old snowmobile during the busy season because it wouldn't run. He started working on it a week later. One week after that, it was done and ready to go. Reasonable labor rate. Only disappointed that they could not do pickup and delivery. I will likely have my equipment serviced here in the future.

Called and dropped off 2/9 asking, if at all possible, to have it back for 2/12. I added some preventative maintenance items as well as the diagnostic. Got my sled back completely fixed on 2/11 and the price was extremely reasonable for the work and "emergency service", my words not theirs, that i had requested. The only way that made sense to buy a bike from National was to buy a new Triumph because they had no fees. Of course they would stop selling new triumphs, because being confined to msrp isn't Nationals style! Pretty sure they bought out Second Wind Triumph too, only to bail on the brand, so they really screwed New England. So now all your options are "premium used" which come with just a 90 day warranty and no test ride, but you will pay absolute top dollar. They've always had "opportunity vehicles" which is basically like buying from a stranger on the side of the road. Very vague details, risky purchase, and yet still above NADA very good used condition prices... riddle me that! But now, they also have "mechanic specials" which must be the Rat Bikes from Road Rash and be absolute nightmares. Then they have "salesmen" who are kinda like Walmart greeters, who openly brag about the "steals" they pay for their inventory. Got it, low ball to get the inventory, charge top dollar for what a "dealer" should be putting on their showroom floor in the first place, with a bunch of junk at your own risk. Buying a motorcycle in NH from places like National, Naults and MOMs is almost enough to just quit riding.

I brought my 2000 Ducati Monster here for a much needed overhaul. Now it is like a new bike. The suspension was tuned to my weight and driving habits. The engine valve work was superb. I was so pleased with this I brought my 2011 Triumph Sprint here for the 24K maintenance. This facility is 150 miles away from me but well worth the trip. The communication with Eric was incredible.
