I wish I could do 2.5 stars. It was half nearly awful and half nearly awesome. Why the ~-2 two stars? Getting my head spritzed with aftershave at the end and having a little bit of weepers afterwards was the coup de grâce. I might come back, but there will be no "come at me bro" with a shavette anytime soon. And I know how to shave, I shave my own head and/or face with a miraki shavette and MÜHLE double edge safety razor frequently. Her old stylist would spend an hour with her and offer to at least style her hair instead of just brushing it out and say, "Ok, you're done." Should spend some more time on quality and attentiveness. Plus my wife gave Kylie a $3 tip. So with 16 dollars spent on 10 minutes of hair we would expect a little more value. When I called to complain she said she charges Great Clips prices. I told her you are not Great Clips, you're Sam's Hairworks. I then asked her if she would feel a little ripped off to pay $13 plus a $3 tip for about 10 minutes of work. She actually paused and said Yes! We will not be back. Horrible first impression.
