I described what I wanted, she asked me lots of questions about how I wear my hair & like to style it & she continued to ask questions as the cut progressed. They are all very nice & friendly there, I'm so happy I came. The prices are awesome too. She washed & styled my hair for one incredibly low price! Now my only issue is how to get my boss to send me back in 12 weeks for another cut.

I treated myself to a facial and massage. It was a very disappointing experience. First, they were…read morerunning 15 minutes behind, which I can understand. No one acknowledged or apologized for this, though (the aesthetician DID apologize for her hair not bring done-- how thoughtful). I would have been happy to accept an offer of a glass of water and a "sorry we're a little behind". The facial was fine (I have had one before). The massage was standard, though the masseuse was not socially skilled and the background noise was loud (I could hear lots of commotion, which is not conducive to relaxing). I also was disappointed when I was overcharged by $15. When I gently asked why I was paying $15 more for the facial than what was stated on the website and their brochure, their response was that that was what I paid last time. (Silly me-- I didn't realize I was being overcharged last time!) They refused to charge what was advertised (it felt very "bait and switch" to me). I really needed that spa day to relax and I came out feeling more stressed. I will not be going back there.
