Not only did I need a very specific cut (which is hard on straight blond hair) but I also needed a color correction after my hair was wrecked at a local day spa from over processing. When I walked in it was bright and organized, clean and cute. Ruth and Kelly were both so friendly and positive, I really enjoyed my time there! My cut is one of the best I've had in years and my color is absolutely perfect. Ruth is a veteran in the field and knows what she is doing, I would trust her completely with even a very technical cut. Kelly used colors that complimented my natural tone and eliminated the nasty root/yellow blond that I had before. Very well taken care of and I WILL be back! I haven't felt this good about myself and my hair in years!

The best friend whose mother never said no to her. Secretly I was always jealous of her and her cool look, with her cool clothes and even cooler jewelry. I was immediately put at ease, which for me, and my mane, is not an easy thing. My appointment was for a cut and color. My hair (as previously yelped) is long, dry, and curly. Stephanie treated my hair brilliantly! She brushed it (instead of combing-which proved she had experience with curly locks), she colored it (just the roots as requested) and she washed it (head massage included!). She then fixed the bangs that I destroyed myself. What a difference!! My favorite part is that the time flew and the conversation wasn't awkward at all! I felt like Stephanie and the staff were my kind of people! See you in 6 weeks Stephanie!

The girl who cut my hair was kind of rude and wasn't even going to straighten or style my hair until I asked. When I asked her any questions about hair care she said "I don't know".
