Me and some girlfriends were looking for a fun thing to do to pamper ourselves, and ended up here. We were happy to see that the salon was large and that they had a ton of chairs to fit us all in at the same time! The workers were very kind and instantly got us seated. I got a pedicure, and was impressed with the amount of care and detail. I've had my nails painted before where they haven't gone all the way to the edge, didn't put on enough coats, etc., but they were very good here! My friend mentioned that it was my birthday, and my lady offered to paint a decal on for free! I thought this was incredibly kind and is a big reason I give them 5 stars...good customer service goes a long way! All of my friends and I left with our feet feeling great and looking beautiful! We couldn't stop talking about how nice the ladies were and how much we loved the experience. I wish all nail Salons were this good!

He seemed to be busy with what looked like a regular. he eventually came to me and didn't even bring his tools with him. He just walked over from the table to the pedicure chair back-and-forth. Classic pedicure $35 Gel nail polish French tips Two acrylic nails $20 Total was $75 for a French tip pedicure. My nails didn't look too pretty. I walked away with foot pain. (For personal reasons). When I brought this up with Wendy who's the person who did my nails she refused to offer a refund or even acknowledge the issue, especially after I left an honest review. On top of that, the quality of the manicure was unacceptable. The polish was uneven and bumpy, and my cuticles were completely neglected. The cuticles are something that's typically standard with any decent manicure. I left feeling frustrated and like I had wasted my money. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values transparency or basic professionalism.
