I wish I could do 2.5 stars. It was half nearly awful and half nearly awesome. Why the ~-2 two stars? Well, he was pretty crazy with the razor leaving the back of my head inflamed by shaving it rough and against the grain (first pass) and my "special lady friend" said the sides were not perfectly even. http://www.anyclip.com/movies/the-big-lebowski/da-fino-1/#!quotes/ I didn't see that but obviously she has a better vantage point. He even rammed the clippers against my dome way too many times. The guy was nice, but a little bit quiet and my attempts at general conversation were fulfilled a little bit. I came here on the recommendation of a buddy of mine that had a nice looking razor fade from here, but I think I'll have him skip the razor next time. Getting my head spritzed with aftershave at the end and having a little bit of weepers afterwards was the coup de grâce. I might come back, but there will be no "come at me bro" with a shavette anytime soon. And I know how to shave, I shave my own head and/or face with a miraki shavette and MÜHLE double edge safety razor frequently. Something of which most men don't have the stones to try. http://theshaveden.com/forums/threads/shavettes-the-truth-about-disposable-straight-razors.29942/

Her old stylist would spend an hour with her and offer to at least style her hair instead of just brushing it out and say, "Ok, you're done." Should spend some more time on quality and attentiveness. Plus my wife gave Kylie a $3 tip. So with 16 dollars spent on 10 minutes of hair we would expect a little more value. When I called to complain she said she charges Great Clips prices. I told her you are not Great Clips, you're Sam's Hairworks. I then asked her if she would feel a little ripped off to pay $13 plus a $3 tip for about 10 minutes of work. She actually paused and said Yes! We will not be back. Horrible first impression.
