This is a nice place with a good selection of services. However, my experience getting my nails…read moredone has been poor. I was looking for a clean place where the workers can speak English. As a trade-off for that, I received the worse set of nails I have ever received. Huge clumps of glue extending from under my nails nearly 3 weeks after the service. No clean up under the nails and gaps between nail beds and gel. I did go and have one of the nails replaced the next day, but the second girl did just as poorly as the first girl. The excuse was that the first nail tech "just got out of school". As a customer not looking for a beauty school level service, I am very disappointed.

I had a horrible and completely unprofessional experience with this salon and I absolutely would…read moreNOT recommend to anyone. There are much better places to go to in the area. I came in to get a few auburn streaks put into my blonde hair. I've had similar hair colors put into my prior to, so I know this is absolutely possible. I was NOT told by Misty, a woman who works there that the red/brown she applied would bleed till after she was washing my hair. I also was NOT told that they would need to add multiple colors to my hair and need to pay more $ because if this was the case I would have NEVER gotten my hair done in the first place! A client should be told these things prior to doing any sort of service on a customer. Not a "Oops! Your hair is kind of fuck now sweetie." type of attitude. When I previously had some streaks put in a few years back, they were able to give me a few streaks. They added a thick conditioner to my blonde so it would not bleed when the streaks were being washed through. Right now I am no longer a blonde or a blonde with a few streaks. I am a red head. I look like a popsicle. The woman I went to Misty said she "guarantees" her work. No. this was not the case. "Guaranteeing" doesn't mean charging me $ a second time to get my hair redone. This is absolutely and completely ridiculous. I asked for a partial refund of this horrible job so I can try to get it fixed elsewhere, but it was a dead end. I'm quite shocked at how completely horrible my hair turned out and the lack of support given at this salon.
