The gentleman who came to our home was friendly enough. He cleaned our roof alright, but I still saw some twigs hanging from the second story level gutter that I can't reach to remove myself. Unfortunately, I didn't see until a few days later. He also mentioned there was a piece of roof that was in need of replacing before winter, but that he couldn't fix it that day because he didn't have any matching pieces. I asked him if he could find out how long to get a piece and come back and fix it. I emailed Patrick after his worker left, but I didn't hear back for some time, so I emailed him again. It was weeks before I heard any response, even then it was to say he has my file and he'll get it sorted out shortly. That was a week ago, I am still waiting for assistance. Needless to say I am very frustrated and I just feel like my business wasn't important enough to warrant better communication. I am still waiting for assistance on my roof and now it is pouring outside. I hate writing bad reviews, but it's been 18 days since the worker was here cleaning our roof/gutters.
