Our home experienced significant water damage that flooded the entire first floor. As part of the…read morerestoration process, all of the drywall had to be opened and dried, the flooring was completely removed and reinstalled, and the drywall had to be repaired, textured, and color-matched. We also had several decorative columns that were cut open from the bottom and needed to be reconstructed and blended back into the original structure. Because so much of the work involved connecting new materials to existing drywall and columns, I was very concerned that the seams, texture, or paint color would be noticeable after the repairs were completed. Erick and his team took on this project at a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They completed the work in a timely manner and paid great attention to detail. Most importantly, the finished work looks seamless. You cannot tell where the repairs were made--the drywall, texture, paint, and decorative columns all blend perfectly with the original construction. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend Erick and his team to anyone looking for skilled, reliable, and responsible contractors.

Zack and his team did an excellent job applying a UV reflective coating to our riveted metal patio and sunroom roof--definitely not an easy project. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! I was so happy with their work that I ended up using them again for my business--this time for the undercarriage of the corrugated roof and walls in my sunroom spa. They painted it mint, and it looks amazing--such a clean, fresh look! His pricing was fair and affordable, and the quality of work speaks for itself. My husband even said, "Why didn't we do this sooner?"--he's just as happy with the outcome as I am.
