Wow, This Company is one of the best I have ever Hired to do a job. My Hot water heater pilot light would not light. They came over the next day and got it lit, that night no hot water, I called them back and they again came the next day and relite it. They also took a picture of the tank because it was only 5 years old. The tank would not stay lit so they contacted the company and got replacement parts sent out. Sent out the plumber with the parts again the next day, I am so grateful we have such professional, dedicated plumbers in our small town. I have even sent them to my 91-year-old mothers house as I have no worries, they would be so kind and professional with her. I was not disappointed. She was thrilled with their work too. Had an impossible problem in 30 year old house that we recently purchased that had hot water coming out of the hot faucet and very warm water coming out of cold faucets - even had hot toilets. If I turned off the hot water circulation pump it improved but getting hot water to the shower took 2 minutes of running the water. Ryan came out last week and looked it over suspecting that the shower cartridges may be faulty and leaking hot into cold and took photos of the shower valves to make certain he could get the right model cartridges. They called earlier this week and had the necessary cartridges and assigned two plumbers from their crew who showed up at 9 AM and got to work diagnosing the problem. They pretty much studied the entire plumbing system before they took anything apart and when they did they found a stuck temperature balancing valve in the Master Bath shower. They did not have this additional part with them so they went to the distributor and came back with the only 2 in stock. They compared the new ones with the 30 year old ones and **Wallah** verified the two old ones they pulled were defective (no rattle when shaken indicating the valves were frozen) and popped in the two new ones and started the recirculation system again and were greeted with hot on the hot side and cold on the cold side. They indicated their office has ordered two more balancing valves and would notify us of an install date as soon as they arrive. These two did everything possible to eliminate other causes and nailed the root cause diagnosis which allowed for a thorough repair. Kudos to the diligent and very thorough LaBrash Team. read more

I called a few local plumbers on Monday the week of Thanksgiving. Two gave me the runaround. One quoted me a very extreme price for what I thought was going to be a pretty routine job. And another literally hung up on me. When I called La Brash, I initially had to leave a message, but was called back within seconds. They were booked, and given that it was only two days before Thanksgiving I figured it was a longshot. I was told that he would try to swing by if he could. Not only did he make it work, but he was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and offered a very reasonable price. I've had the pleasure of working with Ryan, LaBrash Plumbing, and his team for 5 years now. We opened our family foster care in 2019 and they have been beyond accommodating with all the plumbing challenges we have had. The challenges have been endless. We've had busted water pipes in the wall, clogged drains, all new plumbing in upper level bathroom and a new commercial hot water heater installed. The latest and nearly fatal situation has truly set them apart from all others. We had a major gas leak on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. We had to be evacuated from our home. Without the knowledge, support and professionalism from LaBrash Plumbing our Foster Care Family would be displaced. Our meter was tagged, gas shut off and labeled a Hazardous Condition. I called Ryan and told him what happened, he calmed me down as he reassured me he would be on site within the hour. Between Deputy Fire Chief Matthew Price, the Farmington firefighters, the Farmington police and Ems we also had an incredible tech, Cory, from MN Energy on site as well. LaBrash plumbing arrived on site and immediately got to work. He worked together with Cory from MN Energy so we could safely return into our home that afternoon. I needed to replace old water valves and pipes in my basement, replace laundry tub and faucet, replace kitchen faucet and shower head stuck stubbornly beyond what I could do. We also had lost water pressure in the house. I wanted the work done to clean up the appearance of the laundry room and I suspected old failed valves were causing the pressure problem. Ryan replaced 13 valves and 30 feet of pipes I requested him to do. He told me the pipes were okay, but I wanted shiny new installed anyway. Sure looks wonderful in there now. The water pressure is restored, I have modern quarter-turn valves ( so easy to operate), new laundry tub, kitchen faucet and he was able to replace that stubborn shower head. The old kitchen faucet was a real bear to remove, I'm glad Ryan got that off, would have taken me a lot longer if at all. I highly recommend LaBrash Plumbing. We had an after hours water heater problem. They offered to stop over for free as the owner lives in our neighborhood. He narrowed it to the gas valve or the air sensor. They came out and fixed it when I had family over watching our children while I was at work. We had agreed to try the sensor first, as it was the cheaper fix, and if that did not work to contact me to approve putting on the new gas valve. I did not get a call but shortly after they left I got an invoice for the replacement of both parts, which was not the agreement. They advised they had a miscommunication on thier end and offered to put on the old gas valve, which is obviously not a good idea. They could not even tell me which part actually needed replacing as they just took a shotgun approach and did both without determining which one was the problem. They then tried to use the fact that they came out for free on a Saturday, which at the time I said they did not have to do, as leverage to get me to pay the entire bill and for thier error. I then offered to pay 50 bucks towards the gas valve portion of the bill and they said, "that is crazy." I have emails I am willing to show to verify my situation so people know I am not exaggerating or slandering. Just stating fact so people can make an educated decision when choosing a company. read more
