One company I had come out quoted me well over five grand to install a new AC unit. I wasn't having that and started talking to our new neighbors. One of them just had their AC unit replaced last year and recommended Apple Lake. I gave them a call and found out that they could get me the same unit (just a different brand) for half as much. And no, this wasn't some cheap brand, this is Carrier. The company was founded by the guy who invented AC... Installation was a breeze (no pun intended!) and it was great working with the staff. They went above and beyond customer service to make sure we were taken care of. Finally, we have cool air back in our house and couldn't be happier with our experience.

Left voicemails with all contacts under their number and have not received a single call back, or email or any form of communication. I work in the customer service business, and when we're unable to complete someone's job on the day we said we were going to complete it, we make it a priority to get it completed the following day. That's apparently not the case for MN Plumbing & Home Services. Don't buy your appliances and schedule installation through Lowe's. Our normal plumber wasn't available and we couldn't find anyone that could come to take care of that before we left town until we contacted Sparrow. Came out that day and given the age of the heater we knew a new was gonna happen. And yeah, I'm the type thats suspicious of a craftsman that has immediate availability. Its usually for a reason. He came in and hauled the old one out and installed the new one and we haven't had any issues with it in the four months since the install. I had already researched what the price "should" be and he was in line with that. A bit of a talker, but cool, professional and did a quality job. Very happy with the result. Would use again.
