Of course it had to be during the summer when it is crazy hot here, so everyone in the neighborhood was booking services. One company I had come out quoted me well over five grand to install a new AC unit. I wasn't having that and started talking to our new neighbors. One of them just had their AC unit replaced last year and recommended Apple Lake. I gave them a call and found out that they could get me the same unit (just a different brand) for half as much. And no, this wasn't some cheap brand, this is Carrier. The company was founded by the guy who invented AC... Installation was a breeze (no pun intended!) and it was great working with the staff. They went above and beyond customer service to make sure we were taken care of. Finally, we have cool air back in our house and couldn't be happier with our experience.

Their service is extremely professional - they called they day before to give me a time window, 30 minutes before they arrived the day of the appointment, and were respectful of my space (they offered to remove their shoes, etc..). Both Eric and Nate were very friendly as well. For the gas dryer, the technicians had to update the gas so it was up to code, but they gave me an estimate of the cost and explained what they needed to do so that I understood. Installation with MN Plumbing was super easy both times they came out to my house, so I would not hesitate calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Left voicemails with all contacts under their number and have not received a single call back, or email or any form of communication. I work in the customer service business, and when we're unable to complete someone's job on the day we said we were going to complete it, we make it a priority to get it completed the following day. That's apparently not the case for MN Plumbing & Home Services. Don't buy your appliances and schedule installation through Lowe's. Our normal plumber wasn't available and we couldn't find anyone that could come to take care of that before we left town until we contacted Sparrow. Came out that day and given the age of the heater we knew a new was gonna happen. And yeah, I'm the type thats suspicious of a craftsman that has immediate availability. Its usually for a reason. He came in and hauled the old one out and installed the new one and we haven't had any issues with it in the four months since the install.
