I proceeded to drive it for two and a half hours without incident, parked for two hours, and then attempted to start it again. At that point, the vehicle completely failed, displaying the message "Not Ready to Drive." I attempted to restart the vehicle for 25 minutes without success. I promptly contacted Avis Roadside Assistance, where I was informed that my only option was to have a tow truck deliver a replacement vehicle, which would take 4 to 6 hours. Unfortunately, I could not remain at that location for that length of time. The representative then advised me to call again at 12:00 PM the next day to schedule the vehicle exchange. Due to this situation, my wife and I were stranded and had to arrange alternative transportation to travel 30 minutes to our intended destination and back, which was a major inconvenience. The next day, I contacted Avis again to confirm the exchange, the agent from Friday had closed out the report for zero reason so we started a new one. We were forced to wait at our lodge for the replacement vehicle. The tow truck did not arrive until 5:30 PM, meaning we lost an entire day waiting for a resolution. It started when the tow truck driver got there but there was no way I could trust the car. There was no refund on my card after I submitted this to Avis. They gave me a credit back of $106.01 after charging me $480.20 for 2 days.

My car could not be towed and needed to be flat bedded to a local body/repair shop. Wade Edward's was on the scene 10 minutes after receiving my roadside assistance call. The second occurrence was with the rental car I had to replace my car, which had a tire blow out. After waiting in the phone for almost a hour and a half with the rental company's roadside assistance, never speaking to a human being, I decided to hang up and just call Wade. Once again, Wade came out to give to change my tire within 15 minutes of my call. He was great to work with in both instances. The first night, he took the time to help me and my dog, who was riding with me in my car, get to our local destination by around midnight. As for the tire blow out, when he realized it was on a rental and that I would be responsible for the repairs, he invited me to come into his dealership to have his team see if the tire could be repaired at no charge. Unfortunately, I ended up needing to replace a rental car tire but his staff took great care of me. Awesome experience. While I'm not certain of this, I suspect they gave me the "Friends and Family" discount. I really appreciate all his and his team's help. I'm a long way from home and it was nice to meet some people who are just good people and cared about me/us. If I was in the market for a new car, I would be very confident in giving him and Edward's Automotive my business. Maybe I will anyway.

We noticed a…read morepaint issue on the driver's side door and contacted Mike and Scott about this a week or so after our purchase. Both of them went above and beyond to take care of this for us. We dropped our vehicle off and were provided a loaner vehicle. Scott then offered for a driver to bring our Expedition back to WI for us and then picked up the loaner vehicle. Being over two hours away this was genuinely appreciated!! We also asked since they had our vehicle to do an oil change and Scott covered that for us at no cost. Yes, this vehicle was a large purchase but was still a used vehicle and most dealerships would have said, "you get what you get" because it's used. Riverside took care of the service to the door, the oil change, and the loaner...nothing came out of our pocket. We couldn't be happier with our OVERALL experience with Riverside Auto Iron Mountain. The entire buying experience went well, and they were very fair with our trade-in and made 2 hour drive up there very well worth it. Then to stand by their word and take care of the paint issue on the door and accommodate us like they did is almost unheard of. With all the dealerships in our area (i.e., Green Bay and Appleton) I can almost guarantee not one of them would have done this for us so highly recommend anyone to Riverside Auto Iron Mountain!! I typically do not write reviews but had to in this situation as just the buying experience alone was enough to give Scott and Mike 5 stars but then how they handled the repair service took it to a whole new level. We will continue to go to Riverside Auto Group for any of our future vehicle purchases even with them being hours away as their customer service and loyalty is the way all dealerships should be!! So I sent him pictures of that jeep they had on their web page. They emailed back an more or less told me they did not need my business an that they would take me off their email list. NEVER NEVER Again will I contact them. They think other people are stupid. I see a lot of bad reviews on this Yelp.

In my mind, I step into one of their limos and immediately ascend into a higher level of existence. The door closes--thunk--and suddenly I'm important. Like, "people definitely think I'm famous" important. I can already picture the ambiance: soft lighting, plush seats that hug you like they pay rent, and that mysterious limo smell that just screams success. There's probably music playing that makes everything feel like a movie scene, even if you're just going to get snacks. The driver? I attempted to contact Laura 4 times before the wedding and asked her if I should have a copy of our itinerary and timeline for the driver, she finally responded and told me to send her my itinerary and she would forward it to her driver. I even went as far as to include mapquest directions. The driver showed up at the wrong time. He had never been given anything from Laura. We spent a half hour trying to explain to the driver where to go and after each stop pull up directions for the next place. He then wanted to drop us off a half hour early and we spent at least 15 minutes arguing with the driver and showing him proof of email and confirmed times that Laura neglected to provide him with. In total we were shorted an hour and 15 minutes of our time. Upon reaching out to Laura the owner, I received no response through text message so I emailed her as well with a read receipt so I know she read it. She told me she would call me that night. Late after being in bed I received a message saying that it was late and she could call. I told her I was in bed and was requesting an hour back of our time we paid as it was shorted, not to mention the awful customer service we received from her and our driver. After several failed attempts of contacting her the following day she responded with "I have too many obligations and commitments going on and unfortunately responding to your issues aren't more important." I told her I wanted an hour ($320 refund back) she responded with "you aren't getting any money back!" I highly recommend going elsewhere for your service- especially if it's your wedding day. We paid a lot of money for them to do their job on the one day that was most important and got horrible horrible customer service. What a waste of money!
