After reaching out to Jacobson and booking an appt we had a call back with a appt opening for us to get it in right away Tuesday. Wednesday we got a call w the verdict of necessary parts and repairs...new tranny ordered and by Friday afternoon Truck was ready for pick up and total cost came in under estimate. This team went above and beyond with their communications in the first place but today...weeks later we get a call asking how the truck was running! I had two unfortunate situations in the last couple of weeks with different vehicles. The first was…read moremy own car broke down in downtown Iron Mountain at 11:30 at night. My car could not be towed and needed to be flat bedded to a local body/repair shop. Wade Edward's was on the scene 10 minutes after receiving my roadside assistance call. The second occurrence was with the rental car I had to replace my car, which had a tire blow out. After waiting in the phone for almost a hour and a half with the rental company's roadside assistance, never speaking to a human being, I decided to hang up and just call Wade. Once again, Wade came out to give to change my tire within 15 minutes of my call. He was great to work with in both instances. The first night, he took the time to help me and my dog, who was riding with me in my car, get to our local destination by around midnight. As for the tire blow out, when he realized it was on a rental and that I would be responsible for the repairs, he invited me to come into his dealership to have his team see if the tire could be repaired at no charge. Unfortunately, I ended up needing to replace a rental car tire but his staff took great care of me. Awesome experience. While I'm not certain of this, I suspect they gave me the "Friends and Family" discount. I really appreciate all his and his team's help. I'm a long way from home and it was nice to meet some people who are just good people and cared about me/us. If I was in the market for a new car, I would be very confident in giving him and Edward's Automotive my business. Maybe I will anyway.

We purchased our used Expedition from Riverside Auto Iron Mountain a few months back. We noticed a…read morepaint issue on the driver's side door and contacted Mike and Scott about this a week or so after our purchase. Both of them went above and beyond to take care of this for us. We dropped our vehicle off and were provided a loaner vehicle. Scott then offered for a driver to bring our Expedition back to WI for us and then picked up the loaner vehicle. Being over two hours away this was genuinely appreciated!! We also asked since they had our vehicle to do an oil change and Scott covered that for us at no cost. Yes, this vehicle was a large purchase but was still a used vehicle and most dealerships would have said, "you get what you get" because it's used. Riverside took care of the service to the door, the oil change, and the loaner...nothing came out of our pocket. We couldn't be happier with our OVERALL experience with Riverside Auto Iron Mountain. The entire buying experience went well, and they were very fair with our trade-in and made 2 hour drive up there very well worth it. Then to stand by their word and take care of the paint issue on the door and accommodate us like they did is almost unheard of. With all the dealerships in our area (i.e., Green Bay and Appleton) I can almost guarantee not one of them would have done this for us so highly recommend anyone to Riverside Auto Iron Mountain!! I typically do not write reviews but had to in this situation as just the buying experience alone was enough to give Scott and Mike 5 stars but then how they handled the repair service took it to a whole new level. So I sent him pictures of that jeep they had on their web page. They emailed back an more or less told me they did not need my business an that they would take me off their email list. NEVER NEVER Again will I contact them. They think other people are stupid. I see a lot of bad reviews on this Yelp.

We called Integrity Auto and spoke with Gavin who couldn't have been nicer and empathetic to our situation. He navigated us to a rental car company at the nearby airport, a taxi company to pick me up to get the rental and my husband went with the tow truck to Integrity Auto. They happily took in our Land Rover and worked with our mechanic back in Illinois to help diagnose the issue. They held our car overnight, gave us report of what it was and charged us a very, VERY generous amount to only inspect the car. Not that I hope to break down again in Michigan, but we were lucky to have found Gavin and Integrity Auto. They are knowledgeable, friendly and honest. If you need help with your vehicle, feel good about choosing them to service your car!

I'm unsure why anyone would give them less than five stars. It's a great place to get an oil change, I can't recommend anything else because that's all the service I got.
