I have been told I have small veins and phlebotomists usually have to use the butterfly needles on me, prick me multiple times, or use my hands to get a good pull. This location is no exception to that struggle; however I had a really great experience the last time I was there. I saw Lisa and she was AMAZING! She was warm, friendly, and very communicative of everything she was doing. I was getting a lot more vials taken than usual and was a bit nervous due to past issues I've had with the phlebotomists struggling with my veins. I told her about my worries and she reassured me that she didn't think it would be a problem. She took my blood in one poke with no problems! I was shocked, since I rarely have that experience. She didn't even leave a bruise. I wish I could make an appointment with her every single time!!
