These I have seen these two ladies here a few times now and always had a good experience and I must say that the renovation of the office is nice! I see reviews of people saying that this place is dirty and even smells. I have "NEVER" experienced either one of these things and have been coming here for a few years! I guess some people are just never happy. Maybe more people should purchase a "Round Bed"!!! I did in the late 60's and since then, have "never woken up on the wrong side"! They let me make an appointment online and cancelled on the morning of the appointment just an hour before. I wouldn't have seen the cancellation if I hadn't followed the link they texted me to "review my insurance information". I called to ask about the cancellation and the voicemail says "This location is temporarily closed." This is really annoying- had I known I wouldn't have wasted my time and now I have to wait to find another appointment at another location. read more

Normally this is my go to stop for lab corp when I take my grandpa. This time when I went today at 11am the lady drawing blood, an Asian with long hair whose name I didn't catch, was very condescending. Inserted the first needle so roughly and then was trying to fish for the vein hurting him and blamed my grandpa for her having to redo it the second time. She said he kept moving as if I weren't watching her push his arm down after she asked him to relax. It irks me witnessing this treatment to the elderly. I can't help but think if this was your loved one you wouldn't be so rude. If you're having a bad day and can't be friendly and inviting to those coming in, call out and try again the next day. I've been getting my blood drawn at Labcorp in Newhall for a couple of months now, with and without an appointment. I went to get blood drawn this morning and was told I had to have an appointment (even though Labcorp's website says you don't need an appointment). I tried to find my appointment on my phone and when I realized it had not been confirmed, the phlebotomist and the only person in the office turned her back on me and walked away and would not draw my blood, even though there was absolutely no one waiting. I told her I had to get it done today for my chemotherapy on Friday. She never said another word. She was so rude and dismissive so I told her I would never come to that location again. I then went to the Valencia location, without an appointment and I had my blood drawn in just a few minutes and I was treated so kindly. The phlebotomist at the Newhall location was awful and I will never step foot there again. read more

The facility lets you make appointments on days they aren't open. I got a cancellation when I was already on my way. I rescheduled for a day I confirmed they were open, get a confirmation for my appointment the day before, arrive to a sign on the door they are closed. No communication my appointment was cancelled. Waste of multiple mornings trying to come here. Nobody answers the phone, even after leaving voicemails. Do not recommend this location. read more

At 8:08 I received a call that there was an emergency and we wou.ld have to go to another facility. We are now waiting over an hour at another office. They are taking in appointment customers first. People working here were not helpful. - email notification confirming my appointment was hyperlinked to the wrong address - once I arrived, they couldn't find my order. You'd think this would be part of the pre-work & due diligence they'd do in a modern, digital world. - once she found my order, I asked the person at the front desk what my doctor had ordered -- I was curious if we were doing both blood & urine or just blood --and she said "I don't know." The good: I came here for a drug test screening for employment. This was the 3rd drug screening I've done in the past month since I work multiple jobs and maybe my 5th or 6th one that I've done in my life. I know the drill and have a lot of drug labs I can compare now. I liked the self check-in kiosk machine they had. You scan your ID through it and update your contact information. The process was fast. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They had me prove that my pockets were empty and they had me lock my purse away for security purposes. The bad: This place was hard to find. The signs outside of the building didn't list it as a business inside. I randomly went through the back door because I saw a LabCorp truck out back. It's appointment only. No walk-ins. They aren't open on the weekends. They didn't have me wash my hands beforehand and afterward they didn't have a sink for me to wash my hands. They only had hand sanitizer. I wasn't greeted upon entering the place. The front desk was empty for a long time until another customer came in and hollered. The bathroom didn't look nor smell very clean. The interesting: Their self check-in kiosk says they can text you when you're up so you can go wait in your car if you don't feel comfortable waiting in the waiting room. read more

I came in for a glucose tolerance test at this location and when I walked in, I had a question so I said "Excuse me?" to the lady behind the front desk. (I didn't get her name but she was an Asian lady, looked to be in her mid 50's and had long grayish hair). The lady completely ignored me so I said "Excuse me?" again and she turns and straight away with attitude says "Did you check-in?" and I told her I wasn't able to because of an error and I told her I would try again. I tried again and I was able to check in successfully; However, once she saw my check-in go through she says "You're here for a glucose test.. Those take an hour and our lunch starts at 12. We can't do the test, come back tomorrow in the morning." Which I respond, " It's only 11:40am and no I can't come back tomorrow, I can only do it today as I took the day off of work for this.. When are you guys back from lunch?" and she tells me they get back at 1 but my thing is... why couldn't she have said that to begin with instead of telling me to come back the "tomorrow morning." This is lazy/poor customer service and just shows she did not want to do her job! I did not return back to this location to carry out my glucose test.. I went to a different one on the same day after lunch hours. I also tried calling this facility on Lyons multiple times to get the worker's name to complain to her supervisor but they never answered. read more

I've spend 10 hours trying to get a correct bill. If you have any other option for labs use it. You cannot get a person in the phone, their website submission form was broken at one point and when I did talk to a person they refused to connect me with a manger and hung up. Quest is way better. They should call it Lab Crap. read more

Hands down the worst location for labs that I've been to, the building is old and there are many medical offices there and parking is always a problem. If you happen to find parking, the spots are only big enough to fit a small electric car at best. As far as the office, it's very small and they only have 1 technician drawing blood and another person handling paperwork. I had an appointment and I checked in 30 min before my time, and I still waited 35 min to be called. Both women working were completely bland and rather unfriendly. They had a room full of people and they both seem as working very slowly. Lastly, they gave me a cup for urine which did not have my name on it and when the tech drew my blood, she didn't even had verify if my information was correct or if it even was my specimen. There must not be much of quality control around here. Very disappointing. Go to other locations. I had no choice as the others were booked, but I will definitely do my best not to use this one again. read more

I arrived today on time to see a paper on the door saying they were closed - what medical office does not notify their patients with appointments that they will be closing?! I had two appointments with Labcorp. My experience with my first appointment wasn't good. The location (Mission Hills) had closed early due to air conditioning problems, but I wasn't told by anyone. I went to my appointment and found out when I was already there. Didn't enjoy that. However, my rescheduled appointment went by super smoothly. I was out of the building within 20 minutes of arriving. They take walk ins, but I recommend making an appointment online if you can. read more

Its an okay place if you are close by and they have an opening. The place is run by just one employee and she has to do everything. There is a auto checkin machine in the corner. The place is tight and smelly which I did not like. Parking is on the backside or on street. read more
