I have come here every 3 months for around 3 years for blood testing and have rarely had an issue…read more I always make an appointment online beforehand and have NEVER had an issue with wait times. I have been told I have small veins and phlebotomists usually have to use the butterfly needles on me, prick me multiple times, or use my hands to get a good pull. This location is no exception to that struggle; however I had a really great experience the last time I was there. I saw Lisa and she was AMAZING! She was warm, friendly, and very communicative of everything she was doing. I was getting a lot more vials taken than usual and was a bit nervous due to past issues I've had with the phlebotomists struggling with my veins. I told her about my worries and she reassured me that she didn't think it would be a problem. She took my blood in one poke with no problems! I was shocked, since I rarely have that experience. She didn't even leave a bruise. I wish I could make an appointment with her every single time!!

Horrible customer service…read more I made an appointment for my toddler two weeks in advance and drove over 40 minutes to arrive on time. When I got there, the QR code for check-in wasn't working because their system was down, so I signed in under my own name instead. There wasn't a single employee at the front desk to assist anyone, which is disappointing for a company as large as Quest. When my appointment was called, I explained that the appointment was for my child and that I had checked in under my own name because the QR code wasn't working because their system was down. Since we had a scheduled appointment, I assumed they could simply look up my child's information and service us. Instead, the employee immediately became dismissive and rude, insisting it wouldn't work without offering any attempt to help or find a solution. A second employee then came over with the same unpleasant attitude. I understand that working in healthcare can be stressful, especially on a Saturday morning, but that doesn't excuse treating patients with disrespect. I was simply a mother trying to get necessary blood work done for my toddler. A little patience, kindness, and professionalism would have gone a long way. Quest needs to do better. If you're going to rely on self-check-in kiosks and QR codes, you also need to have staff available to assist when your technology fails. No customer--especially a parent with a young child who planned ahead and drove a long distance--should be treated this way. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I hope management addresses both the lack of customer support and the attitude of the employees working that day.
