I arrived around 10:50am. I used the self-service kiosk & checked in for bloodwork. I was out of their office in ten minutes.

I would have given them a 5 stars for treatment they gave myself and daughter earlier this week. We…read morecame down with the flu and they told us that if we needed to bring anyone else in to do the express check in which would be a little easier. Today unfortunately my son who is 3 is coming down with the it. I decided to pre check him in and do paperwork; because I am home with the flu my husband had to take him. He arrives before the 30 mins that is scheduled. They tell him that checking in earlier doesn't matter it's still a hour wait and that they don't pull the information you fill out. So what's the freaking point of having it?????????? My baby is 3 and he couldn't get in with his primary this is supposed to be an express care and they are still waiting to be seen. The fact my husband is literally saying it's only been one person in front of them and he's trying to figure out what's going on is ridiculous!!!

Get through the rude dismissive front office staff, it's a breeze. Ms. Nadine NEVER once looked up…read morefrom her phone while my son and I asked her for instructions. She repeatedly referred us back to the site and kiosk with the most disregard. Not listening to my issue with the site, continuously cut me off and told me to go back on the site. Only after I asked for her name, did she make an attempt to answer. Mind you there were zero other patients to serve in the waiting room. Just my son. As a Practice Manager, I would never hire let alone have a person with such lack of empathy and customer service sit at the front and be the first impression of my business. No one wants to be in urgent care on a Sunday. Have some compassion and at least act like you give a care when patients are standing directly in front of you. I had to ask multiple times what she said since she was talking in her chest. Never looked up. Her phone was more important than taking 2 mins to guide a patient entering your establishment. This place needs to be mindful of who they hire! A co worker came in (Monique). Nadine looked at us and whispered something to her. At that moment, Monique attempted to explain the site and process. I'm guessing she was to assist with customer service recovery. Poor customer service. Disgusted with this interaction. In the back, prompt care and out the door. Fix the front staff immediately if you care to stay in business.

Its layout is like a Maze ! but it's pretty cool and in the back straight ahead it's almost like a factory lab which is awesome!. There no layout like it!!.. I Received Excellent Thorough to the Max care despite the time and its closing!!...The Receptionist Brookelyn make sure to pronounce that E ! lol was helpful, welcoming and so nice esp guiding me where I needed to go but same time letting me find my way with my cane and broke down how things work as it was my 1st time since they've been open a year and a few months!!...Nirse James was cool ! He did EkG/Xrays so smooth and bedside manner was nice to have wasn't stuck up , conversation here and there a lil laughter .Dr Keena Dillard!! Was a true Gem!! she was patient, she was kind and very knowledgeable , she broke things down so I could comprehend, she answered ANY thoughts asked what were my thoughts! , like the care she gave can't amount to any added words just remarkable in her personality and Profession!.. I made an appointment in advance and checked in at the kiosk upon arrival. Within five minutes, I was called to the front desk to check in, then called to the back. The phlebotomist found my vein with ease and the entire process took me less than 10 minutes. I will say that the bedside manner was a little dry, but if someone is just taking my blood, I don't expect them to be screaming with joy or smiling from ear to ear the whole time. As long as they don't kill me and don't cause excessive pain and do what they are supposed to do, it's all good.

This was my first time at Labcorp. I usually use Quest but this lab order was for my dad whose…read morephysician uses Labcorp. The office is seriously dated. The waiting room is tiny and feels super old-fashioned. The bays inside where you get the actual bloodwork are just three areas of one room partitioned by two curtains. It's pretty cramped. In this day and age, it's weird to get your blood drawn in such run-down conditions. Still, I won't dock any stars because the most important thing is quality of care -- and for whatever deficiencies the premises may have (and there are a LOT, including what I have already described, but also a very wheelchair-unfriendly entrance), at least the quality of care is superb. I was honestly having a lot of trouble wheeling my dad inside. Not only did one of the other patients in the waiting room get up to help, but two staffers came out as well. Everyone was so kind. The tiny waiting room was packed. I'm shocked that me and our professional caregiver were able to find seats together along with a space to park my dad in his wheelchair. Check-in was a breeze. The two kiosks at the front of the waiting room may be the only objects identifying that we are in the year 2025! LOL! After using the kiosk, you wait until your name is called to the front desk. Make sure you have your lab order ready to hand to them because that's pretty much all they need to finish your check-in. (A thorough lab order will have all your contact info, DOB, as well as all your insurance info.) The phlebotomist was young but very kind. My dad is 73 so finding a vein took a while. The phlebotomist was very patient. When she needed help, she didn't hesitate to ask one of her colleagues, who appeared to be in a supervisory role. I didn't get their names. But I'll always remember their kindness. Although lab work and blood draws like this are fairly simple and quick procedures, I appreciate the wonderful bedside manner of everyone involved from start to finish, from check-in to the moment when we apply pressure to the cotton ball at the injection site. A consistent bedside manner across all aspects of healthcare is important and everyone deserves it, but I must say that it is especially important for elderly patients like my dad who can become easily agitated. My dad was super chill the entire time and a large part of that is because of the calm, professional staff. But yeah, the premises are kinda ick. Sanitary and clean, yes. But quite drab and dreary. Lol.
