I arrived around 10:50am. I used the self-service kiosk & checked in for bloodwork. I was out of their office in ten minutes.

I was able to make an appointment online within the hour. Upon arrival, it was pretty much empty inside. The waiting room is clean and welcoming. I saw others complain about a receptionist; however, the woman that I encountered was polite and direct. My wait was about 20 minutes before I went back. Once back I saw a nurse immediately and was tested for all the things. About 15 minutes later I saw the NP. She was kind and answered all the questions that I had. I even left out, realized I had a question went back and she still made time for me. My prescriptions were placed and I was able to pick them up within the hour from my local pharmacy. Although, I generally try to avoid urgent cares, I know I'll be in good hands here.

She repeatedly referred us back to the site and kiosk with the most disregard. Not listening to my issue with the site, continuously cut me off and told me to go back on the site. Only after I asked for her name, did she make an attempt to answer. Mind you there were zero other patients to serve in the waiting room. Just my son. As a Practice Manager, I would never hire let alone have a person with such lack of empathy and customer service sit at the front and be the first impression of my business. No one wants to be in urgent care on a Sunday. Have some compassion and at least act like you give a care when patients are standing directly in front of you. I had to ask multiple times what she said since she was talking in her chest. Never looked up. Her phone was more important than taking 2 mins to guide a patient entering your establishment. This place needs to be mindful of who they hire! A co worker came in (Monique). Nadine looked at us and whispered something to her. At that moment, Monique attempted to explain the site and process. I'm guessing she was to assist with customer service recovery. Poor customer service. Disgusted with this interaction. In the back, prompt care and out the door. Fix the front staff immediately if you care to stay in business.

Instead, this turned out to be one of the most efficient, friendly, customer-centered urgent cares I've ever been to. From check-in to seeing the doctor to getting my prescription filled and checking out, the entire visit took less than 30 minutes -- and every step of it was handled with a smile. I never once felt rushed, even though they were close to closing. I had also called ahead beforehand, and the receptionist was courteous and made sure I knew exactly what to bring and expect, so there were zero surprises when I arrived. The facility itself was spotless and smelled great too. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and genuinely pleasant. This is now my go-to urgent care, and I'd recommend it to anyone in the area.

Seemed like a good idea at the time. First, this is definitely one of the newer and nicer Labcorp facilities I've visited. It's clean, bright, and updated. Now...let's talk about that parking lot. Parking is TRASH. If you come during a busy time, be prepared to circle around or wait for a space. The biggest issue was the wait. I walked in knowing full well that scheduled appointments would be seen before me. That's completely fair. What confused me was watching other walk-in patients who arrived after me get called first. At one point, I was monitoring the screen and noticed my name disappeared altogether. I was supposed to be next...or so I thought. Nope. To be fair, it looked like they were very short-staffed, and it was around lunchtime, so employees were taking turns on break. I understand that. Eventually, I brought my concern to the receptionist. She moved a little like molasses, but once I explained what happened, she got everything straightened out and I was finally called back. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was kind and professional. She looked incredibly busy and honestly seemed like she was carrying a lot of the workload that day. I warned her that I'm a "hard stick", but she found my vein on the first try and completed the blood draw with very little bruising or bleeding. Mission accomplished! I definitely appreciated her skill because that's not always the case for me. Would I return? Probably not. My regular Labcorp location has multiple phlebotomists, and I'm usually in and out with little to no wait. This visit reminded me why I normally stick with what's familiar. The only reason I came here was because it was convenient while I was already in the area. Not a terrible experience, just one that could have been much smoother.

This was my first time at Labcorp. I usually use Quest but this lab order was for my dad whose…read morephysician uses Labcorp. The office is seriously dated. The waiting room is tiny and feels super old-fashioned. The bays inside where you get the actual bloodwork are just three areas of one room partitioned by two curtains. It's pretty cramped. In this day and age, it's weird to get your blood drawn in such run-down conditions. Still, I won't dock any stars because the most important thing is quality of care -- and for whatever deficiencies the premises may have (and there are a LOT, including what I have already described, but also a very wheelchair-unfriendly entrance), at least the quality of care is superb. I was honestly having a lot of trouble wheeling my dad inside. Not only did one of the other patients in the waiting room get up to help, but two staffers came out as well. Everyone was so kind. The tiny waiting room was packed. I'm shocked that me and our professional caregiver were able to find seats together along with a space to park my dad in his wheelchair. Check-in was a breeze. The two kiosks at the front of the waiting room may be the only objects identifying that we are in the year 2025! LOL! After using the kiosk, you wait until your name is called to the front desk. Make sure you have your lab order ready to hand to them because that's pretty much all they need to finish your check-in. (A thorough lab order will have all your contact info, DOB, as well as all your insurance info.) The phlebotomist was young but very kind. My dad is 73 so finding a vein took a while. The phlebotomist was very patient. When she needed help, she didn't hesitate to ask one of her colleagues, who appeared to be in a supervisory role. I didn't get their names. But I'll always remember their kindness. Although lab work and blood draws like this are fairly simple and quick procedures, I appreciate the wonderful bedside manner of everyone involved from start to finish, from check-in to the moment when we apply pressure to the cotton ball at the injection site. A consistent bedside manner across all aspects of healthcare is important and everyone deserves it, but I must say that it is especially important for elderly patients like my dad who can become easily agitated. My dad was super chill the entire time and a large part of that is because of the calm, professional staff. But yeah, the premises are kinda ick. Sanitary and clean, yes. But quite drab and dreary. Lol.
