Honestly the only time I've seen things go bad is because they don't follow the steps to check in (which are the same as every single Labcorp location in the USA). Check in on the iPad, upload any info/documents they need, sit down, they'll call you for more info if needed, sit down again, wait till tell call you to go back and take your bloodwork. That's literally it. The problem is when people think they take priority over everyone else that also made an appt or is also waiting for their turn when is actually such a simple process. Just follow the signs and listen to direction!

There were so many mishandled specimens, lost samples, and general lack of professionalism. Now I am personally being taken to collections for a COVID test that was never performed!! They are doing this to retaliate because we chose Quest as our in house lab. If you have had issues, please report them to the CFPB (consumer financial protection bureau) or the FTC (federal trade comission)! This is the only way the fraud will be stopped!
