Staff is friendly and efficient. However, I was disappointed this time as they are very understaffed. Had an 8:15 appointment and was not seen until 8:30. Waited in the inside waiting room until 9:00 Perhaps they shouldn't set so many appointments if they don't have the staff to work. read more

Avoid this location if you can. I have gone a couple times and the staff is always rude and arrogant, however after my last visit I will not be going back. I had a blood draw scheduled and the staff refused to do it because I had not fasted, even though my script and doctor did not require it. I went to another location and all went well with both the draw and results so I am mot sure why the staff at lefante way thought their opinion was above my doctor's medical orders. read more

This place is fine if you make an appointment Atleast a week in advance. Showing up with out an appointment, you will wait and run into a variety of people... many who can't work the sign in process, causing huge lines with no one to help them. When I have gone for routine blood work etc., I try to make an appointment to not run into this. The people who work there are nice enough but I have run into a few techs who aren't the best at taking blood (May take 3times and I've ever had to ask for a different tech). During covid people do not social distance in the waiting room and even if you do the call me feature, you still have to end up waiting awhile till your name is called. People Atleast do wear masks. Pros: Available parking, clean waiting area, fast automated check-in, skilled technicians for blood draw. Cons: long wait times. The associate calls your name from another room , you can hardly her over the noise in the waiting room, thus you have to keep going to the admitting window to ask if your name was called..They should install a BlueTooth Set of a microphone at associate's desk and small loud speakers in the waiting room (and outside door wear people tend to wait during fair weather). read more

Rudest, coldest and compassionless. I understand I walked in late, but was clearly in pain and bent over and asked to use the restroom in desperation before I embarrassed myself. After I walked out, I figured I was here might as well ask if it really was too late,2:45 pm at this time (office closes at 3).... I had a great experience. Came in for a 3 hour glucose test with no appointment on a Friday and waited for about 10 min. It is usually hard to draw my blood but Olga is a pro. She is highly skilled and was able to peform all 4 blood draw for the glucose test fast and easy. Olga is so kind and very professional. read more

Check in was easy using a machine. Waited for more than 30 min outside in cold. Then got a text to come in. Took id and paperwork and sent me back outside into cold. Waited more than an hour in freezing temps. Not enforcing social distance rule or Max 4 persons in waiting room. I understand they are trying their best during Covid but this should be easier without being stuck in cold. read more

Good use of company time. I tell him I needed blood work and he asks if I have an appointment. Apparently even though when you call the automated system says NOTHiNG about needing and appointment, you apparently need one at this location even though it was EMPTY. I'm short, don't go here. Miserable wait time. Ugh!!!!! I went at 7AM on Saturday morning and had to wait until 8:50 to be called. I signed in at 7:01AM, and 7:40 they called me up to give in my paperwork (and the woman wrote 7:35, but I was looking at my phone), and it was 8:50 when I went into the back room. I'd give the place no stars for that broad up front but the lab techs in the back are aces. I've never had a bad draw at this place, which is saying something. The vampire in my former hematologist's office used to miss my veins and bruise me something fierce. These people get it on the 1st try, no problems. The lady I saw was very nice, and the last time I was there I saw one of the two gentlemen. Please forgive me for not remembering names but I was fasting, wound up with a miserable headache, and I'm lucky I remember the day at all. I have to go annually due to malabsorption and anemia, so getting 9-12 vials of blood taken at a time is nothing new for me. Positives: Techs draw blood really well. There's plenty of parking. The techs are great with customer service. Negatives: the wait times are horrendous, the waiting room fills & people stand, people who are sick cough on you, and the broad at the window is as slow as can be and can be rude. I had to laugh, they gave me a comment card saying they needed people to fill them out. Under wait times, they had 31minutes+ as the last one, I think they should have had 90 minutes + on there. read more

There's nothing worse than being condesended to in a stressful or unpleasant situation. No one likes having to get a drug test for a new job. And no one likes going for an appointment tment and being made to wait literally hours to be seen. What is the point of the appointment if they are going to make you wait? And being told flat out "There are people here that have been waiting hours. You aren't going to be seen any time soon" is just a huge lack of respect or empathy. read more

I arrived at 7:20 am on a Saturday. I was not seen until 9:30! Although the staff seem polite, there was only two people working. This is unacceptable! After waiting for over an hour, I decided to shop while I wait. While shopping, I got a text saying they were ready so I left my groceries and ran over just to have to wait longer! They were also calling people from one room to sit in a smaller room with no social distancing! So not only did this process take over 2 hours, I don't have my groceries and I am late for my second appointment... If you have to come here, then don't make any plans. I.C.Q. Search and Recovery is on YELP. WCCL/PathologyInc. owned by Laboratory Corporation of America failed to submit insurance claim w/in year of service. Collections contacted me 3 yrs after sevice. I.C.Q. Search and Recovery refused to speak w/ med. insurance. The letter addressed a charge for services in 2015 for the amount of $$$$. I found the bill I received. I had called the billing department with my medical insurance information in 2015 which PathologyInc/WCCL already had since they had submitted claims for other services in 2015. I never received another bill. after I called PathologhyInc/WCCL According to my then insurance, a claim was not submitted for the date in question. My insurance informed me if PathologyInc/WCCL did not submit within a year, they will not pay. My insurance requested that PathologyInc/WCCL resubmit with proof of timely filing; or have the PathologyInc/WCCL call my insurance. I called the collection agency I.C.Q., they refused to relay the information to PathologyInc/WCCL since the claim was not submitted within a year of service. I.C.Q. requested I submit the claim or pay the bill since it was my fault PathologyInc/WCCL did not submit the claim. I informed them I called PathologyInc/WCCL billing with my insurance information on date in 2015. I wrote the date and what information I gave them. I failed to write down the name of the operator. The I.C.Q. (Amber) said that I could be making up the information - without the name they cannot look at their 2015 logs to verify. Amber stated she will give me an extension of 60 days so GEHA could process the claim I SUBMIT. I did not bother to ask them to call GEHA at this point. The I.C.Q. (Amber) stated PathologyInc/WCCL sent 3 statements in all within 4 weeks of the service; the last one being my final notice which was received 25 days after service. I only received the last one and called the billing department with insurance info. Since I did not hear from them, I thought they were paid. My insurance was upset at how PathologyInc/WCCL and I.C.Q. are handling this issue. So I have and am filing complaints against Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. with the Better Business Bureau. bbb.org/consumer-complai... I am also filing with the Office of the Attorney General - fill out the Consumer Complaint Against A Business/Corporation Form against both Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. oag.ca.gov/sites/all/fil... This is probably the worst labcorps I have ever been to. No matter who is at reception, there is complete disrespect. I've had to come here three times and all at different years. No matter what year passes by, the service is absolutely ridiculous. Long waits, even if you have to take a urine test. If you have a specific order, instead of taking in your information right there and then...they sit you first then call you up after an astronomical amount of time to even know your name. After that you wait another wait. I was once here for about 3 hours to get blood work in 2013. Before that, I had to take a urine test and I was waiting close to 3 hours in 2008. My husband went in on Saturday 9/30/17 without an appointment. Fasting full blood panel was what the script ordered. He was there nearly 3 whole hours!!!! Terrible front desk associate. The only saving grace was the lab tech drawing the blood. He was great and got my husband's vein with no problem (unusual) and completed the draw of all the tubes quickly. read more

They don't answer their phone, ever, don't even bother calling. The appointment system online won't give you "same day" ever either, and they space it out. When you walk in, you get a standard "it will be a ninety minute wait" response, even with 2 people inside. I feel like they just don't want to actually do anything so they dissuade you from using them. Go to a local mom and pop place versus a Labcorp if you can. read more

I'm giving this labcorp 1 star only because I made an appointment and was actually taken in at my my appointment time. If it wasn't for that, I would give it 0 stars. I went to LabCorp to have bloodwork drawn for my 10 year-old son and I was given two different blood work scripts from two different Physicians. It appeared that the blood work that was ordered was repetitive on both Scripts. The technician told me she had to draw both tests twice since they were both ordered. She also told me that the computer would let her know how many times she had to draw. The technician whose name was Crystal seemed very annoyed by me asking questions and and expressing my concern that my son had to get so many tubes drawn. 8 tubes to be exact. Now I have been a phlebotomist for 8 years and I know the rules of drawing blood. The computer is an electronic device that spits out a number of tubes needed for a number of tests regardless of the amount of fluid that is actually needed to be tested. This is horrible patient care. This is where a technician should use their own patient assessment and assess the situation and draw the amount of tubes accordingly. The technician proceeded to say that she needed to draw eighht tubes even though I repeatedly expressed my concern. She did state that she would not fill all tubes in entirely. I agreed. As she began to draw my son's blood she proceeded to fill all tubes. I again express my concern and told her that was not needed and she called me rude and arrogant and left the room and left my son in the chair with the tourniquet and needle in his arm. I of course took the needle out and the tourniquet off and applied pressure. Crystal is a horrible patient technician and should not be drawing blood on anyone because of her lack of patient care. Regardless if it was LabCorp rules to draw all of those vials she again did not have to fill the vials because of the patient that she was drawing on and because of the parents concern. I will never be returning to that LabCorp again and I will put my complaints in wherever they will be heard. read more
