[[HIGHLIGHT]]Customer Service does not return any messages concerning result times ( not lab results just tracking information) at this location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Zero communication after one week for a standard test.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Uncomplicated, not extensive, extremely easy lab test that I have had zero results and zero call backs, zero online notifications about the lab. Doctor office also has not received call backs. Lack of Quality in communication with patients is unacceptable. I would look at a different lab company or find a different location. I will be tracking what they charge the insurance for this because I am still waiting for an actual result or wondering if I will ever hear back at all. Update: I did fill out a survey on the website as the LabCorp team suggested. Within a day I received a call from the manager of this location. I was able to get the results and they intended to follow up in their messaging system. I was happy with the response and my issue was resolved. Thank you. read more

I prepaid $520 for six lab tests. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I fasted and drove for an hour to the Silverdale lab.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The tech drew blood for ONE test, but said he had enough for all six tests. I received the results for one test, but nothing for the other five. [[HIGHLIGHT]]So I followed up using the LabCorp email contact since they don't have a phone number for patients on the website.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It has been five days and I've gotten the runaround.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finally I got a number for LabCorp on demand and spoke to someone willing to help. She confirmed for me they blew it, they didn't draw for the other tests.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I requested and received a refund for the tests not completed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But this was a horrible experience having to deal with the sarcastic technician, the lousy customer service up until the very last representative who did her job.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I won't be returning to LabCorp in the future. read more

Went there today, I arrived 20 min before opening because I know from previous awful experiences that there typically is only one staff member to open, check everyone in, and perform the lab work. And there typically is a line of at least 10 people before opening. Today the difference was that there was no staff member there at 7:30. Lights were off. No closed sign on the door or online. But what is even worse is the lab corp sign was taken down completely. So it appears that this site might actually closed. I have not heard confirmation on this yet. To preface, when it comes to having my blood drawn, I have major anxiety. [[HIGHLIGHT]]James, was an absolute angel. I came in just before closing, and he was able to squeeze me in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After one poke, and too many vials of blood to count (frankly because my eyes were closed nearly the entire time), it was over. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes, everything was clean within the main front office, as well as in the lab room itself, and I'll plan to continue to use this location in Silverdale every time as long as James is around!!! Always a wait, but today I came late morning to avoid the drug testing rush. They would not let anyone in because there were already 12 people waiting. Was told to come back in an hour, so I did. Nope. Door still locked, they are taking another hour for lunch. This bloodwork is best done in the morning, but they tell you to NOT come in the morning (drug tests) but if you come later, you're still out of luck. read more

I was not sure what to think about going to LabCorp. I don't ever get my blood drawn, and I haven't ever really had lab work done anywhere except for at a hospital. I can say that this facility is very modern and very clean. It was also extremely busy when I arrived. The lady who did my blood draw was quick and made the situation totally painless. She was also very kind and nice to chat with for the short period of time I was in one of the patient rooms. Now, I made an appointment, but it was clear they accepted walk-ins too. If you make an appointment, you get an email where you can check-in from your car. That was convenient for me. When they were ready, I got a text message and made my way into the building. It is on the 2nd floor, so be aware that when you walk in the building you will just see office spaces. Follow the signs by the elevator and you will be fine. They were a bit backed up, so I waited about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but the people working here were nice and communicative. The lady who was working the front counter is nice and will help you or answer any questions you have about the lab process or your lab work. I would make an appointment and if you don't have an appointment, I would plan an hour or so to wait. They text you when they are ready, so you can wait elsewhere or in your car. Even if you do have an appointment, you probably will still have to wait. It's a busy place! Don't be in a hurry and make sure your phone has some charge. I have to give the people at the Silverdale Labcorp five stars. Due to a digestive health issue I have needed a good deal of lab work and this place has been simply fantastic. The new self check in process and even the newer online appointment system has helped speed things up for us patients. In my experience the many blood draws I have had were quick, efficient and pain free. I have used other labs and hospitals - none of them can compare to the comfort and sense of ease the staff provides. read more

Don't go to the girl who wears too much makeup. She's really rough when it comes to drawing blood. I asked her to be a bit gentler on the second draw and she copped a major attitude. This didn't seem like an outlandish request, but I guess she doesn't like that. read more

I have been to several lab corps and I have to get a INR each month. The Silverdale site is the only one that has to take blood from my arm rather than a finger prick. I live 10 minutes from this facility. I have to go to the next facility that is a 30 minute drive. Why aren't they equipped to be like the others and get a simple instrument that takes a sample in seconds??? read more

I have a standing order for bloodwork every week for the past 18 weeks and I am so pleased with the gals who've drawn my blood. They are always prompt, professional, always get their stick on the first try and sometimes I don't even feel the needle going in. They are so sweet to my kiddos when I have to bring them in with me and they make it a pleasant experience for me every time. read more

I have called LabCorp two days in a row asking if I could drop off a urine specimen for testing. My doctor called them three days ago authorizing the urine test. It is now Friday and I have received no response whatsoever from LabCorp. That means I must now wait another two days to determine whether or not I have a medical issue which needs treatment. UTI's can be serious. This was not some complicated decision that LabCorp had to evaluate, it had my doctor's authorization and I could have dropped off the specimen easily today. I called my own doctor's office today to tell them I had still not heard from LabCorp and they told me that they had many complaints about LabCorp not getting back to patients. This is the LabCorp in Silverdale by the way. Perhaps the other locations feel more responsibility to their patients. Apparently, LabCorp can't be bothered and that would be okay if it DIDN'T affect my physical well being!! read more
