I was told I would need to take a 9:30 AM slot instead, which was frustrating but manageable. Unfortunately, it then turned out they did not have my doctor's lab orders on file -- even though my doctor's office had faxed them twice over the past two weeks. I was told their fax system can sometimes take several hours to process, which sounds more like a technology issue than a staff issue. The employees I interacted with were polite and professional, and I don't believe this was anyone's intentional mistake. However, it was still very frustrating to rearrange my morning and lose my original appointment due to system and communication gaps. If your visit depends on faxed orders, I highly recommend calling ahead to confirm they've actually been received before arriving

Really like being able to schedule via the web or app. I tend to get a couple of sinus infections a year, and they are always focused on treatment that will get me well quickly. Highly recommended!

I went to…read more urgent care center with a head injury and sat unattended in the treatment room for hours, even though it was dead in the late afternoon. The doctors and nurses sat around talking and laughing while no got attended to. I went in with a head entry and they did not clean my wound! Do not ever go to this hospital! They are absolutely the worst and you will leave in bad shape! Now one year and three months later, they are trying to extra money for my visit. They should be paying me. My wife was furious at the time that they did not clean my wound even though they said it was necessary and that they would!

The ER MD apparently forgot to call in her prescriptions. She called the ER the MD is refusing to call in her prescription for the Vertigo. Vertigo making her a fall.risk she was left alone for hours .Nurse standing at the nurses station talking about how slow it wad and there was nothing to do. They also allowed her to drive herself home while in having active Vertigo but her and others on the roadways in danger.this is a horrible hospital . Don't go there

We went to TMC 1st around 10:00 Monday night and at almost midnight still had not had anything done but basic questions and a urine sample. At with room FULL and a staff that was had the attitude I am just here for a check. We as well as a couple others gave up and left. After the 2 hours we were told it could be at least 6 to 8 more hours before they would see us. So my wife decided to call here and was told no wait come on in. So we got there very nice place very clean. It was just a matter of a few minutes from filling out the paperwork they got us to the back and Ray Lynn took great care of my wife. And then doctor Blake came in very professional and nice. Even with all that was done we were there only about 2 1/2 hours. They did find she had a kidney stone got her on some antibiotics and something to help with the pain. Got us on our way and back home before we would have not yet even been seen at TMC.

One thing that made me decide to not come ever to this ER is that the nurses asked me if I was trying to be pregnant or if I could be and I told her yes to both and told her everything I have done at home to figure it out and still didn't care and just took the pictures. Yes I know they are not obgyns but at that point you would think they would have tested me through blood testing before taking X-rays on me. MIND BLOWING HONESTLY

My Dr said I believe the Psychiatic Nurse practitioner was also helpful.i believe her name was Cindy. Although there is no one who was responsibility but me and the group I was referred to.The did not keep my referral for the Dr with the county.. The overall care was strong and TMC did try to keep me updated with my discharge. Emily ( Social worker) great...as I mentioned in my first post.
