His office staff, specifically Taya are the most unprofessional and horrible people I have ever meet in my life. They can not keep scheduling straight and when they make a mistake they will both lie and falsify their records to make it your fault. After my surgery I was scheduled a 10:00am appointment a week later and when I got there they tried to say my appointment was at 9:30 and if it hadn't been for the PA they would have refused to see me. Then today I was running late due to traffic and ended up being 17 minutes late and they refused to see me. The office staff thinks the world revolves around them. Again, Dr Sandoval and the medical staff are awesome; however, that is overshadowed by the bag of excrement that is his office staff. In the future I will defiantly be going elsewhere.

(He's a coffee lover, so I have that in common with him) Wait times in waiting room are pretty short, be prepared to wait in the rooms, though. Rooms are cold! Procedure room is cold, too! (FYI they do have heated bed for procedures which is super nice). But your hands and feet will be COLD. ESP. If they do another procedure before yours while you are laying there . Prep is COLD, too! Ahhh warm that up, lovies! Don't worry about the sour face on one of the front office staff people. It's nothing personal. I think they are just focused or something. The nurses are all friendly. (She could smile more, but whatever. She's never rude or anything, so must be a demeanor thing.) They are all down to earth and personable. Fee free to ask questions. The doctor's, along with the nurses and whole staff are friendly, very professional and knows how to show the true style of Southern Hospitality along with caring professional treatment. At this facility, you are not just diagnosed, but an action plan is established and monitored continuously, with adjustments of treatment as needed. This facility doesn't treat you as a dollar sign with no ongoing assessments and push pills on individuals like other facilities do. This is a true professional medical facility that treats their patients like family. Trust me I know. After being in health insurance administration processing claims, and investigating provider and insurer fraud, I have the skills to know a good facility. I moved my mother to this facility and she is doing much better due to the type of professional care provided. And after her first visit, she couldn't believe how Dr. Haney took time to have a real conversation with her and he asked her meaningful questions. Before....they always billed it under another doctor's name so that is would show as in network. Well the new billing lady keeps sending it in under Dr Woods now which is causing my portion due to be much larger. I have spoken to them multiple times. Was told don't worry about it, it will be taken care of. Then I get the bill sent to me over and over again for a year now. The billing lady also called me a liar then called back and said I was right. I am currently looking for a new doctor. It is not worth the headache anymore.

My PCP was booked out for 2 weeks on sick patient visits and my insurance copay would have been $35.00 . So $55.00 to get back to work was well worth it. The staff were very nice and professional. Will be going back .

During the visit I mentioned three health issues that I'm struggling with 2 of which need prescriptions. She didn't ask questions or address two of them! After the brief visit she disappeared to write notes and I had to wait again for a long time until she came back. At the last minute of the appt., while walking away from me, she remembered that I needed one of the prescriptions and then disappeared. What? How is this a quality visit? I wasn't listened to or respected. I could have stayed home with my PTO. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. Writing this review so others won't waste their time.

Jenny was extremely helpful and was able to get a stronger medication called in. I appreciate her helping me in this situation. She is an amazing and extremely efficient. I asked why wasn't I told this in waiting room waiting to get called , I got no answer instead I was told that they open at 8am and they are an hour behind as soon as they open the door well I said I would like to know now if it's 20 minutes or two hours now so I can go somewhere else then nurse leaves I sit there another 15 min waiting and then proceeded to front desk and asked did she find out if it was 20 minutes or two hours wait time because I could just go somewhere where else.
