This office is petty. Do NOT tell them you have to go back to work. Even if you show up early, check-in and wait. They will not call you back for labs. The office was cleared out ahead of me (8 people) and I heard another patient said their appointment time (30 minutes AFTER my reservation) went ahead as well. My initial appt 2 weeks ago got cancelled, but I was able to register online and set up an appt time, so that was simple. My 2nd appt was set up hastily, my lab order was faxed hours before, stiil, I expected the worse. Arrived early, and after figuring out the kiosk that copies photos of DL and INS cards, Andrew made sure I got in and out. Blew me away. He opened the door at 8 am on the dot, and his professionalism and demeanor blew me away. A delight to start the day. He had several people in and out in a matter of minutes. Cheers! If you have time to waste and like inefficiency and bad customer service, this is the place for you! Don't bother leaving a vm because they don't call back- even after 4 calls. Doctor faxed an order to the Huebner location but when I came to pick up, they "didn't receive the fax" even though my doctor confirmed. This is not the first negative experience here. read more

It's great if you feel like waiting two hours, realizing the times they are open and the times they say they are open are not the same. If my jobs didn't keep scheduling drugs test through this place I wouldn't come within a mile. Once you actually test it's fine, staff is nice in the back and no issues there. It is just going to take your whole day to get to that part of the test and they are only open for like 5 hours a day so a bunch of people are all crammed in. Reiterating no complaints with the staff. The hours are horrible and staff is busy doing what they can cramming a bunch of people with very little time. Just classic understaffed medical facility. The best part is management commented to review 7 months ago saying the would fix the hours. Hasn't happened yet. About 4 people who came at noon were told to come back between 1230-330 and they drove far so they all showed up at 3 and got turned away because us in the lobby who have been here for anywhere from 1 hour- 2 hours are still waiting to test. It's really unfair a lot of us have tight timelines and they don't have enough staff or long enough hours. And the hours seem to be ever changing read more

Wow! All I have to say is THANK YOU VALERIE! (I hope that's how your spell her name). I should start off my saying getting my blood drawn usually ends in my passing out and/or feeling queazy. My doctors office sent me here because they couldn't find any veins. I walked up to the office door at 12:03 pm and there were already 3 people in the waiting room. (Due to COVID there is a max limit of 3 people allowed in the waiting room at one time). I sat in the chair outside the office until one of the patients before me went into the back. While waiting I saw a sign that designates 12:30pm - 1:30pm as lunch time. I thought to myself "there's no way I'm gonna get in before 12:30". I was able to enter the office waiting room and finished signing into the kiosk at about 12:12. The nice lady who was working that day was dealing with a crusty a$$ patient, so I sat down and not even a minute later, Valerie called me up to the window to take payment and sign a few papers. After that I was walking to the back! She sat me in room 1 in a chair. I was feeling a little nervous about the chair because normally I lay down when I'm getting blood drawn just Incase I go down in the middle of draw but Valerie seemed like she knew what she was doing. She felts around for not even 6 seconds. As I explained to her that my doctors office sent me here because they couldn't find a vein, she was already done!!! I kid you not, I was in and out in 4 minutes! Would have been 3 minutes if I didn't stop to pee on my way out. I was back in my car by 12:24pm. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Thank you Valerie! You made one of my most hated chores a delight! Side note: there is a key pad on the door but don't let it fool you! I thought the door was locked for a good 7 minutes before I actually pulled on the door handle and walked into the waiting room. Don't be a dingus like me read more

I arrived early to my appointment with my order and baby. The technician said he could not find the doctor who ordered the test in the system so I called and got her npi number. Then the tech said he could not find the test that she ordered in the system- he gave me the number to labcorp to find out the test number? I called and found it and he still said he could not find it? An hour later he was able to find it in his system but then upon taking us back he said he did not have the correct lab tubes and that I would need to come another day....I feel it was extremely unprofessional to have me with my baby call the company that he works for to troubleshoot finding the correct test code? read more

I am very disappointed with this location. I walked in at 3:35 about an hour before closing, to be told they stop drug screens at 3:30. When no where on my registration form does it give a window for drug screening. The fact that they couldn't do it from 5 minutes after is absolutely ridiculous.
