There is nothing quick about the service. The woman behind the counter have a bitchy, unpleasant attitude. I will never come back.

We easily made an appointment here and went in for the test. They were very open about when we got the appointment trying to make it easier on my wife. Parking wasn't the best as many other offices are in the same location. I ended up dropping my wife off and circled for a while to get a parking spot. I had dropped my wife off at the entrance and she walked right in and was seen before I got back from parking. I sat in the waiting room for a while, and before you know it, she was finished. She came up to me and said she was finished and that the nurses and techs had taken excellent care of her. She was very happy with her experience here. Will I return? I hope I don't have to return, but I will definitely come back if the need arises.

I've heard mammograms be compared to having a garage door closed on your breasts however, while…read morethis description is eerily accurate, the staff and environment here help make the experience as quick and painless as possible. This mammogram clinic is labeled as "boutique," which implies a more spa-like experience designed put you at ease and make a necessary evil less daunting. They had coffee available in the waiting room and the clinic was very nicely decorated, plus they provide you wipes if you have deodorant on and extra deodorant to replace what you took off before you leave. You can't wear deodorant for a mammogram because its ingredients, especially aluminum, can show up as white spots on the X-ray and be confused for tumors. If you are a woman and have had the pleasure of experiencing a mammogram before, you know it can be a stressful few minutes. However the team here were all incredibly polite and the nurse I had was very skilled and most importantly, very quick. I was done in under two minutes with the scans. They'll take a scan forward facing as well as diagonally with the machine and expect to have your parts handled by the nurse to ensure a good scan. Don't worry though because you'll be instructed on exactly what is happening and what to do by the nurse. A big plus for this location is that they had Saturday hours which helped me avoid using any of my accrued PTO. Treat yourself to a nice meal after for doing what you needed to take care of your health. I joke here but do feel incredibly lucky to have an insurance that covers this important preventative screening.

THE LOCATION IS IN THE BACK!!!…read more First, it was impossible to find. I drove back and forth in the front multiple times, parked twice and even got out and walked around. There is a sign in the front with their name, other businesses and address but it was not clear where this office was. As you face the building there are arrows that point left but the last thing in that parking lot is Torchy's Tacos. Nowhere did it say, "around back". You literally have to leave the parking lot of the address to get there. This is not intuitive or clear. At some point I even tried to call that location and was sent to voicemail.... this was my first sign. Second, I tried to fill out the forms online the night before. Because I needed portal access, I was not able to do that. I literally got access when I was about to leave for the appointment. I left early because the text instructed me to get there 15 min early if I needed to fill out forms. I got there early (but also wasted time lost in the parking lot). When I got there, I checked in with the QR code as instructed and took a seat. This is very impersonal and no one gave me forms to fill out. Why would I/should I get there 15 minutes early, as requested, if you aren't going to give me forms to fill out when I get there??? Third, my apt was at 10:40 and it was 30 minutes after that before anyone even spoke to me or gave me forms to fill out, that was after I initiated contact with the front desk. This was very poor customer service across the board. The waiting room is also very small with people packed in there. It seems like a huge space behind the scenes, so the size of the waiting room makes no sense. There were people waiting outside and the people in wheelchairs were struggling to find places that weren't in the way of others. My tech was great and the facility seems very nice and clean but that's the extent. You lost my business in the waiting room. Of note, while sitting there, I was watching one guy get rescheduled for a second time. They tried to tell him he didn't have an appointment that day but he had the paperwork to prove it. Another elderly woman being told she would have to be reschedule because a machine broke. The front desk person was telling someone that they don't do Sunday appointments only to be corrected by another staff member and told that they do. None of this is my business but it was clear that this location lacks leadership or direction. The amount of unhappy patients was crazy. This place needs MUCH better customer service, better management or at least staff that are better trained. There was just an air of chaos in the front.

I asked the gentleman around 10:15am how much longer since I had an appointment at 10am. He stated that there were around 2 people ahead of me to go through registration. At 10:30am, I asked again and then they told me that a clerk had my ID and insurance card in the back. I just decided to leave due to their inefficiencies. Why give an appointment when they go based on the first come first serve? Baptist needs to work on their registration workflow.

Needed a very important MRI with a CSF Flow study. I called…read morethem a few days ago and confirmed that they saw the order as requesting a flow study. They proceeded to make me an appointment. They said nothing about being able to do these or not. They are an imaging center, I trust they would have the technology or the duty to inform if they didn't. Yesterday they called to change my location in order to be in the right place. They never said a word about whether the Flow Study was an issue or not. Today, between exams, since I needed three, I asked if the Flow Study was being done among them. The tech said it wasn't. I explained that was the whole point of doing another MRI, which I did 6 months ago without the Flow Study, because I needed one with a Flow Study to help diagnose a possible CSF Leak. Tech said they talked to my doctor and confirmed it was okay. I explained that it was pointless and how nobody uses logic. But between them and the doctor, not a soul told me prior to all this that they changed the procedure order so I walked out in the middle of it. It was a complete waste of my time. They had the nerve to ask me if they could still use the images. Surely they want to know if they could get paid for their mistakes. Please don't charge my insurance, even though I'm 100% convered with Tricare. That would be disingenuous to do so. I'll confirm with them. So now I get to suffer for a while longer. Thanks a lot. And by the way, Nidraveda, is throwing you under the bus saying its your fault you didn't explain what was going on to me. Nobody takes accountability these days.

My blood pressure at the next appt. (A month later)was 183 systolic because of the pain I was in. No one cared. For a fracture line in my femoral head, torn labrum, and nearly non existent cartilage in my hip And torn lumbar disc, And a cervical disc pressing on my spinal cord, among many more disc problems all along my spine, I was given 300mg Gabapentin and Tylenol 3 in Dec.(3 Mri [11/20] reports in hand) Even though my 1st visit was in November they still wanted to have me go to another follow up in Jan! That's also with my Neurosurgeon, sending them his report Saying I needed injections and proper pain medicine. When i'd call I was only allowed to talk to Donna. I told her i felt i was having a reaction to Gabapentin and she said to stop taking it. When i asked if i could come in sooner to get a new rx, she said no. And when i asked why i was scheduled for another follow up instead of infections she said "well, Why didn't you ask the PA about it in person?" There is so much more she said, that I don't have the space for. Finally, when I called to cancel that January follow up, the girl asked why I was canceling. I told her it was Donna's rudeness, she said, "oh ya, everyone complains about her!" I asked to speak to the office manager and after being out on hold for 10-15 min. Someone came online and refused to give me her title. I asked her three times. She finally said she was with scheduling or something like that. So I didn't waste my time.

When I checked out I informed the same lady who checked me in that I had a referral to a hand doctor. I handed her my phone so she can clearly get the details and said she can send my results to both my Airrosti doctor and the specialist. She must have done something right because the specialist's office called on Monday to schedule an appointment. I thanked her and went on my way. There was a second lady who didn't seem to be in as chipper a mood, but I made sure to say goodbye and thank you to her, too, and she brightened up. Overall it was a pleasant, quick experience.

Yeah they NEVER answer. Literally never. When you do make it thru the phone tree..... rude rude RUDE. I've been having an ongoing issue for MONTHS. It's improving but we're trying to find something that actually WORKS and they're just concerned about my annual exam. I physically CAN'T right now. I understand it's important but it's just. not. possible. And these are RECEPTIONISTS. Not anyone in charge of my care. They don't even greet you. Just "Sign in, that's $35". Once they even had me confused with someone else and tried to charge me their copay because they're just not paying attention and hate life. I'll be switching clinics due to front desk staff alone. Real shame when I have such a great provider but I can't even deal with this stress anymore. Making an appointment is next to impossible, after coming from a day at work for a medical appointment the last thing I want is to deal with unpleasant staff, and I'm really afraid of a medical or billing error because of them.
