Ken is the best! I have always had a fear of needles but Ken was so quick and kept conversation to distract me from thinking about it. I didn't even feel a thing. read more

I will only go to the Ridley Park location. They are the most professional. Ken is truly one of a kind--I literally feel nothing when he draws my blood. He is always efficient and makes the experience as pleasant as possible. He is a real asset to Labcorp. read more

My first visit to this Labcorp and it was a very pleasant one!! The staff was friendly and professional. Ken was the person that drew my blood and I didn't even feel the needle. Very nice and professional. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone!! read more

This is an extremely efficient lab corps. The staff get people through in a timely manner. They keep things moving and they are pleasant. The labcorps doors opened at exactly 7:00am. read more

we had appointments. walked into a very packed office no place to sit. after half an hour had to leave. we had jobs to go back to. very disappointed read more

This is my preferred labcorp as this location is super efficient if you have an appointment. Usually appointments are easy to get here too - unless you need an early morning time. I am always in and out in less than 10 min when I have a lunch time appointment. They have an easy to use kiosk now to check you in and if you have an appointment they call you up soon after you check in. Everyone here has been friendly and nice. The only reason I am knocking them down 1 star is sometimes they miss a test. I'm not sure if that is the fault of this location or if this is the fault of the actual lab they send the blood to - but I have had it happen 3x now. So it is a little annoying to have to come back to get blood drawn again. But again it is super fast so if I need to come back I know I will not be here for long. read more

I guess I'm the only one who hasn't had a COMPLETELY horrible experience at this LabCorp. The staff wasn't exactly friendly, but they weren't too agressive. My real problems were: 1. There are like 4 parking spots for LabCorp patients, and it's not nearly enough. They need way more spots for people who need testing done. 2. The appointment system is a joke. I had an 8:30 appointment but showed up at 8. They took everyone on a first-come, first-served basis - in order of their check-in. What's the point of scheduling an appointment when they treat everyone like walk-ins? 3. The check-in system is annoying as you have to use a kiosk to check in and photocopy your state ID. It's not completely intuitive, especially for those who are technologically-inept (like most of the general public). They should have one receptionist whose job it is to check people in. Not only is it more customer-friendly, but it'd give the employees a chance to make a welcoming/friendly impression. They could also give priority to patients who actually made an appointment. My advice if you need to come here for testing is to get there super early, check-in as fast as possible, and to not expect any pleasantries or acts of kindness from the staff. read more

Never a wait, kind staff. Very gentle, never even feel the needle!!! And no appointment needed. Love labcorp!!!

I will never return to this location. I was treated so poorly. Worse than I have been treated in any professional establishment prior to this. I literally left shocked and in tears. I will be calling to file a complaint, the worker's behavior was 100% inappropriate. Do yourself a favor and take the extra few minutes to drive to the Springfield or media location. read more

I've always enjoyed this location ... no crowds & great friendly staff !! Tuesday July 9th I went in for routine blood work ... I noticed a different staff... Young girl that took care of me was nice enough & assured me that she was good at her job ! Well 6 days later ..... you can see what my arm looks like !! This is a first & as you can see she had to take blood twice !! I am so embarrassed.. I am not on any blood thinners & I drank lots of water in preparation .. Nurse at my doc office was shocked & quickly pointed out some plump veins ! I think Lab Corp needs to be careful who they hire !!! Make sure that have adequate training ! read more

Labcorp - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Ridley Park, Pennsylvania

Horrible place do not go here. Lady at the front fought with me because I forgot a mask and they didn't have any? So they wear the same masks for 8 hours while working that's disgusting and unsanitary to say the least. Do better lab Corp. read more

This place is okay, but unfortunately one woman ruins the entire establishment. I have gone to this Labcorp twice now because they're the closest place for me to get blood taken for lab work. The first time I went, after having blood drawn my arm severely ached for almost 3 days. ...Severely ached!!! Never have I ever experienced that from getting blood taken and I get blood taken a few times a year. That was only the first time though. Afterwards I thought maybe it was just a fluke incident because as I said, I've never experienced that level of soreness from simply getting blood taken... ever! Well it wasn't a fluke people!!! I recently returned to this labcorp to get blood taken again and it turned out that I got the same woman to draw my blood. This time although I wasn't severely sore for 3 days, I still ended up being severely sore for over one day. Once again, I've never had any residual pain from getting blood drawn ever and this is now twice from the same person. That speaks profoundly and it's obvious this woman is terrible at her job... terrible! I'm a very vascular person too so I can't imagine what an older person would have to go through. I'll never go there again and I suggest everyone who reads this take this as a warning and if they too experience this, write a review as well. Someone who's that bad at their job shouldn't be doing what they do. Especially if it's something of this nature where people are being left in pain. read more

Melissa was friendly and professional. She was so kind and patient with us. We used the "Wait where you're comfortable" mobile check-in from the car, and only waited about 2 minutes. There were only 2 people in the waiting room (it was close to noon). I will definitely come here again! read more

I've used this location a few times in the past, and all was fine, however, I was kind of taken aback by the demeanor of the phlebotomist. First, let me say, I know we all have difficult days, and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this attitude was uncalled for. I asked twice if she knew how many vials she'd be taking, because I had scripts from two doctors offices, both times she refused to tell me, instead she yelled at me to "just look at the corner", like I was a child. She later explained that whenever someone asks how many vials she'll be taking, she assumes that means they're nervous. I was curious, not nervous, but her yelling at me to look away made me nervous. On top of this, she went through the vein and pulled back until it registered, so I was left with a nice lump and bleeding under the skin. To make matters worse, at least two tests were missed. read more

Rude, rude, rude. I'm sorry I didn't get names but the shorter young lady was sooooooo rude. I had an 11 am appointment and still waited over an hour to be seen. No problem there because I understand that but I had to eventually go in because I had to use the restroom. I explained that I needed a urine test so I asked for a cup because I had to use the bathroom. Still no issues there. Then I go sit down to wait for my name to be called. My name all of a sudden disappears from the cue to I go to inquire and make sure I was still in line to be seen. This is where the shorter lady comes into play. I go and ask her and she gives me the rudest look and says "we got you but I'm looking for someone else right now". First of all, no one asked for my paperwork or entered my information in the system so I was confused. She then tells me leave my paperwork and dismissed me like I was a child. So I eventually get called back to have my blood drawn and she says nothing to me. Not sorry for the wait, not how are you, nothing! Then draws my blood and asks after the fact if I'm on blood thinners. Never said thank you, or anything. This was my first time at any labcorp and will definitely be my last time at this location. I'll probably receive a bill because I was never even asked for my insurance information. I understand people have bad days but don't take that out on me. read more
