Blood was withdrawn quickly and painlessly, and I was on my way. What was most impressive, is by the time I walked two blocks away, I received notification that a few results were already available. Wow! Conveniently located on the east corridor of building 2 down at the waterfront, you can park in the lot and they validate your ticket.

They were able to schedule me same day, and the experience was very professional and empathetic. Getting a pelvic ultrasound is not the funnest thing, but the staff and ultrasound tech who worked with me was fantastic and kind, walking me through each step of the way and ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. The ambiance of music and light show of the ceiling was a great touch to make the experience less intense. I appreciate the care I received and would recommend this clinic and ultrasound experience to other patients!

The same day scheduling is crazy convenient, and in general, the website, scheduling, and check in process is super easy. I wish they had the app available for Android, though. There is a range of medical professionals who work there, from PA-C's to MDs; my visits have been with different NDs, who were smart, attentive, and compassionate. I was very happy with those visits and with their advised care. They do charge you upfront with an "estimate" of what your insurance will cover (mine was an extremely low estimate...) but I followed up very quickly after my EOB came in, and was refunded the difference quickly. I didn't want to take the chance of them "forgetting" to do that. After my insurance was on file, it was an easy payment process during my next visit. While I have had a good experience and do appreciate the convenience, the business model still creeps me out and I hope that high-level management encourages practitioners to focus on sound clinical sessions over efficiency in-and-out drive thru care. And also that the money is going to the employees who deserve it rather than some fat cat CEO.

After contacting support, they told me that my insurance rejected the claim, despite their sure listing it as covered. At the same time, my record also shows an unauthorized payment from my card, without an associated receipt. Several months later, after calling their support, I'm told that the claim was never actually submitted to my insurance. Instead, they've sent my bill to collections, and claim I will have to dispute it with them. I will never use ZoomCare again, their billing is blatantly fraudulent.

I was able to tell her my concerns, which was tension around my shoulders, neck, and jaw area. Before we got started on manipulations, she was able to show me a few structures for my shoulders and neck that would be beneficial. She provided some examples in the exam room, which I appreciated. After the manipulations were done with my back and neck, I felt relief instantly. However, my favorite part was her working on jaw area (TMJ). I have never had this done by a chiropractor before so I was excited to try a new treatment. Even working on it for a few minutes, I could tell there was instant relief. I'm definitely looking forward to working with her moving forward.

The appointment started on time, and I was asked a few questions and then shown to the x-ray room. Afterwards, I sat and waited for quite a long time. The PA finally came in and explained that the computers were down. He told me that I didn't have a fracture and mumbled something about what it could be from behind his mask. I asked for clarification, and he repeated it, with no explanation or further information. He asked whether I wanted to fill the prescription there or go to my pharmacy. I said that I'd rather just get it there, and he disappeared for quite a while again. When he came back, he told me that I couldn't get the prescription there because of the downed systems, so he gave me a paper prescription, which I took to my pharmacy. The next morning, I went to pick up the prescription, only to find out that the ZoomCare PA had filled out the prescription incorrectly, so the prescription couldn't be filled. I called ZoomCare and was told that they'd try to reach the PA so he could resubmit. I asked for a call back for an update. No return call. Six hours later, I called again. Same thing. Two hours after that, same thing. Never a return call. It took more than 48 hours to even get my visit report so I could figure out what the guy had been saying behind his mask. I still have yet to get a return call and have not received my prescription from my pharmacy, presumably because nobody has resubmitted it. This is 4 days after my appointment. I won't be returning to any ZoomCare location.
