The two labs they messed up... scheduled my appointment, my doctor noticed they left off another he wanted done. He faxed it two days prior to my appointment. I checked in with the lab and they said I could bring a copy of my lab just in case it hadn't reached them yet, which is rad. They clarified it could be physical or virtual. I went in. Had to cab there. They didn't have the order. I showed them my copy as they told me I could. They said I had to email it to client services which is an entirely different department. I waited 20 minutes. I sent a PDF and screenshots, I checked the email address four times. They called me up. Client services hadn't received it. I sent it again. They didn't receive it. They looked at my copy on my phone. Said they couldn't do it without a physical copy. They dismissively suggested I go to the library to print it. Library was a 20 minute walk both ways. I can't do that. I got a cab and went back home. Had a little cry tantrum. Being chronically ill sucks because it sucks but also because of constant shit like this...
