We are now expected to wait 2 weeks, pay for another 200$ for blood draw and shipping, and then wait another 10 days for answers. We have already sunk a 1000$ into this scam of a company. Despite asking for a refund or at least from them to overnight the kit and pay for blood draws through their partner labs, they refused to accommodate even a little bit. I have never wasted so much money on something so pointless. It feels criminal to be taken advantage of by a company like this after spending so much money during one of the most stressful times of my life.

Check in is simple, if you had a reservation just scan your QR code, ID, and insurance card. Lots of seating, it's large and clean. A lot nicer to other quest locations I have been to.
