We are now expected to wait 2 weeks, pay for another 200$ for blood draw and shipping, and then wait another 10 days for answers. We have already sunk a 1000$ into this scam of a company. Despite asking for a refund or at least from them to overnight the kit and pay for blood draws through their partner labs, they refused to accommodate even a little bit. I have never wasted so much money on something so pointless. It feels criminal to be taken advantage of by a company like this after spending so much money during one of the most stressful times of my life.

Check in is simple, if you had a reservation just scan your QR code, ID, and insurance card. Lots of seating, it's large and clean. A lot nicer to other quest locations I have been to. I went there for my Yearly Physical, like I have been doing for the past 10 years, and they made me sign a paper stating that if I have concerns outside of the ones the physician was going to check for me, I was going to get charged. I wasn't able to discuss the back pain I've had or my sleeping problems because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to afford my yearly check up! Then when the check up was over (the physical didn't even ask if I had any questions, I'm guessing because if I did I would get charged) I was sent on my way and they still charged my insurance for things we didn't even talk about. This is very suspicious and in bad faith. I wish we talked about the things they said they did but she didn't even mention some of them, she just wanted me out of there asap. I told her a medicine I was taking and she charged me for ADHD???? We didn't even discuss anything related to that. I will be calling my insurance to see if they can fight some of the charges. Or I'll call their billing department to check as well. This is so sneaky of them. Please be ware, the care and service seems to be declining. They will provide minimum service and charge you for whatever they can. They only care about money.
