The bathroom was dirty and disgusting with toilet paper on floor, dirty floor and the sink was not clean like forever. Then I left sample in an area where it was not secure in my opinion. However, I was amazed with the phlebotomist I saw (I did not get his name, but I do know that the technichian/phlebotomist that I saw was an African-American male). He understood that I had Autism, was a needle phobic and preferred a hand vein (for me, hand veins are not as painful as the traditional arm/inner elbow, even though it stings a little more). I HIGHLY recommend this particular Quest Diagnostics location for someone with Autism! You WILL NOT regret getting a blood test here! Mark! My! Words!
