MLH could be contributing to pain killer addiction with their inability to address anything involving acute pain in a timely manner. yep, you can go to the ER but unless it is life threatening, they give you pain med (on site) and send you on your way in 4-6 hours ... with instructions to consult with PCP.

I had a young lady with shoulder length hair that was miserable, not welcoming and it was the most uncomfortable encounter. Then I had to leave a urine sample and just given a cup. I asked where is bathroom and not given direction to wear to leave it. Not given any wipes like they used to give you. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting with toilet paper on floor, dirty floor and the sink was not clean like forever. Then I left sample in an area where it was not secure in my opinion. Just lazy, unwelcoming, rude staff! LapCorp....you need to do better and with higher standards for cleanliness and nicer staff!

However, I was amazed with the phlebotomist I saw (I did not get his name, but I do know that the technichian/phlebotomist that I saw was an African-American male). He understood that I had Autism, was a needle phobic and preferred a hand vein (for me, hand veins are not as painful as the traditional arm/inner elbow, even though it stings a little more). I HIGHLY recommend this particular Quest Diagnostics location for someone with Autism! You WILL NOT regret getting a blood test here! Mark! My! Words!
