I made an appointment online and came in at the scheduled time. They had my blood drawn and me back in my car within 10 minutes. The employees were nice, the place was clean, and I truly have no complaints.

I live in Sonoma and my doctor accidentally sent my labs to LabCorp instead of Quest, even though I…read morehad specifically requested Quest, which is within walking distance of me. I was in a rush for my results, so rather than wait to get it corrected, I booked an appointment at the LabCorp in Napa and made a special trip. Huge mistake. The online booking system wouldn't let me add my insurance ahead of time, so I figured I would provide it at check-in. I couldn't. The woman at the front desk seemed more interested in surfing the web than in the people in front of her. There was a long line, a check-in kiosk, and a sign directing everyone to check in there, which is what she was telling people to do. I checked in and the kiosk confirmed it was successful, but never once gave me the option to add my insurance. So I went up to the desk to provide it, since they didn't have it on file. She was rude and dismissive, telling me to add it at the kiosk. I explained that the kiosk never prompted me for it, and she just told me to try again. If it didn't offer the option the first time, why would it the second? And if the person at the front desk isn't there to help with this, what is she there for? I wasn't willing to go through with the appointment while they had no insurance information for me, which is a completely reasonable position. She acted like she was working the register at a convenience store, not the front desk of a healthcare facility. This is healthcare. Patients walk in anxious, sick, and waiting on results that matter. The least you should expect is competence and a shred of patience. She had neither. I walked out and had my doctor redirect everything elsewhere. I will never set foot in a LabCorp again. Zero stars if I could.

I bet they billed my insurance before they took the blood though?!

She was clearly distracted, nervous and new. He came home with both of his arms poked. They are currently bruised (after a week), and has a small bump. If he ends up getting an infection, further action is going to happen. This is his 2nd time at this clinic and definitely his last. His first time here was no walk in the park either. When I walked in, there was a good amount of people who were waiting, most appeared to be walk ins. The person at the front desk was also the same person who took my blood and she was very pleasant and kind. She had called names earlier who were not there and about 10 minutes later, they showed up. The phlebotomist told them usually if they are not here when they call, their turn would be skipped. The lady proceeded to say that the front desk lady said it would be about an hour in which the front desk lady responded saying the wait time was an hour. Still, the phlebotomist said she would take them in anyways after the next patient. Nobody working here seemed to be rude, it was mostly the people walking in making a big fuss complaining about wait times. My process was quick and easy.
