I don't feel safe anywhere else but at planned parenthood. My last visit was a breast exam. Where they referred me out to see a specialist. Being 30 I was concerned I wouldn't get a mammogram but they did. the quality of care is great. Thank you for helping me stay on top of my health. I can rest easy knowing I'm breast cancer free and hope other ladies know there's hope here. read more

New location same old negative energy I can in about 10 -15 mins late because I was trying to find the new location The reception proceeded to tell me oh your appointment was at this time but we will still see you today Which I felt was a bit unbelievable considering they had just moved a more better statement would have been to just say your appoint was at this time--- then I could have explained to her why I was late I come here all the time I had to do the piss test obviously you dint go pass the marking on the cup so I'm walking away to go to the bathroom and she ms like oh I'm not done so I walk back to the window and she like "dont go pass the black line and I kinda just stare at her and then she's like I also have your application and I'm like ya ok I'm grab it when I come out the bathroom was I suppose to take it in with me? Idk I was already late trying to find the place you got these abortion people harassing folks outside and staff energy just didn't add to this issue I also think it's weird they are make ladies lay down for the depo injection if you want in in you leg and as a patient it's just really confusing they dint explain why they have you do that they just tell you "oh its the new protocol and we go through extensive training blah blah but didn't really feel me in on what the Point is or if there's research that shows laying down is better maybe they just treat people who have the pac card different from those who have actual insurance not sure but it definitely be a vibe in this plan parent hood and yo come here for female sensitive stuff they attitudes be nasty sometime or rather uninvited and uncomfortable There is no sign that tells you where the location is and the sign they do have isn't facing the directions that people walk from to be able to see it they should have two signs just another uncomfortable experience it's always hit or miss read more

New location, not hard to find. I noticed the patients complaining were because they're late and squeezing in is almost impossible. It's also not fair for those who adjust their time accordingly. Staff were very communicative, friendly, and made me feel safe! read more

I would LOVE to give more stars because the front end staff & the nurse that accompanied me were so nice!!! However, I had to deduct some stars because the reason for my visit was not fulfilled at all!!!! I'm shook & triggered. Like, how can one mistaken an in-person visit that basically REQUIRED my type of visit to be an in-person one, for a TELEMED appointment?!!! Then to go on & plan their day accordingly as if I'm just a nobody that drove from Rohnert Park to Napa, basically for nothing!! So I had to reschedule for a week later!! Smh. Totally unacceptable. I'm really sad about not getting what I needed to get, done. read more

I'm writing this review on Valentine's Day 2013 because, as far as I'm concerned, nothing says "I love you" like presenting your Valentine's Day date with a clean STD report. Planned Parenthood is my favorite second date spot! They provide low cost/no cost services to those who qualify and you can get free birth control, free STD screenings, etc. Sometimes there are religious protesters camped out outside the clinic. And while it might feel like they are judging you with their cold stares, in reality, the looks on their faces are just looks of envy because you're getting some and they're not. The protesters might hand you some pamphlets about sinning, abstinence, and how the mucus smear in your cervix is actually a life. But the kind staff of Planned Parenthood have conveniently placed a wastebin right inside the door with a sign that reads, "Please feel free to recycle the medically inaccurate pamphlets you received outside here." Awesome. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because they were playing a DVD of Shrek on the waiting room monitor. If you're afraid that you might be embarrassed to be seen by someone you know, just try to have a plausible alternate reason for being there. I once ran into an ex-coworker, and I simply told her that I had joined the Planned Parenthood Wine Club at a charity event. "I'm just picking up my wine club shipment," I told her. Second time here and I love it, excellent service from the moment you arrive, everyone is so friendly. Place is super clean. I have no insurance and again PP helped me with all my medical issues. I was here for a blood drawn I almost fainted the staff provided me with snacks and juice making sure I was feeling good. Thank you again for all you do. read more

the only reason i'm giving 2 stars is they provide such an important service. unfortunately, it's customer service this particular cilic is lacking. They seem to have NO time managment training, nor do they seem to care if they waste your time. It's too bad because it should not have to be so frustrating to do the responsible thing and take care of yourself. read more

My friend is now facing an abortion--- she is 4 months pregnant. She received depo provera shots at this clinic for over 1 yr. NO ONE knew this even though she went to get the shots at this clinic on a regular basis. BE WARNED.. This post should not be starred. There is no choice. read more

Back in march I had my first appointment here. I called and made an appointment to have my FPAC renewed, get a pap, and birth control prescription. I waited an hour before I saw anyone. They had me fill out the necessary paperwork and I was told that my FPAC had been renewed for another year and I was given a prescription for birth control. I was told that no-one had scheduled me for a Pap so i would have to come back some other time. Last month I tried to call in my birth control prescription and was told that my FPAC had expired in June. I called Planned Parenthood and they told me that apparently no-one renewed my FPAC and I would have to come back in. I made an appointment for a pap and to renew the FPAC. I was given a cup and told to leave a urine sample in the cabinet in the bathroom. So I did. When I was finally called in to the back about 45 minutes later I was told that they needed a urine sample because I never left one. Somehow they had lost or misplaced mine but wanted to accuse me of never leaving one. I submitted another one because they refused to give me a pap without another sample. The whole situation was so ridiculous I would never trust that place with my health again. read more

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I went in the other day to ASK about birth control and I was slightly forced to start a form of birth control that very same day. I urged them that I wanted to wait to get as much information as I could, but they insisted "the sooner, the better." They used words that somehow convinced me and I was given birth control with no time to think and now looking back at it, I should'ave just walked out. I could only imagine how they persuade young teens :( Their staff is very inpatient and completely unprofessional and their "registered nurses" don't seem to live up to their status. In fact, they don't seem registered at all. This is the 1st and last time I ever go here again. read more

Terrible service. A friend of mine needed help right away. They scheduled her an app.for next week(at the time) an hour away to help her. Week goes by and she goes to her appointment to only find out they scheduled her appointment on a day the clinic was CLOSED! She's been trying to get ahold of this clinic but all they do is literally keep putting her on hold for 15 minutes and then will hang up!!!! She kept calling and then said something about it and then the lady said "sorry, but I'll need to put you on hold again." Didn't even let my friend talk. They are never busy so there shouldn't be this problem. TERRIBLE service. We went in there once as well and they were so rude and gave us a bad attitude and didn't feel welcomed at all. read more
