I hate Ole Health also. They don't even try. I told them I might have appendicitis and they said…read morethat the might call me back 5 days later. The receptionist told me that the new protocol states I must tell the receptionist my medical issues in detail before she will send a message to the Doctor. (Receptionist cannot practice medicine.) I cannot go to hospital without Ole Health Doctor referral. I cannot get surgery. I may die this weekend. I hope not. This has been my regular experience with Ole Health for 3+ years. Look them up. They are getting sued for malpractice and employment issues.

I really hate this place. I went in and saw Lulu Garcia, who is a physician's assistant. The entire…read moreappointment (all 7 minutes) felt rushed. She would ask me a question and seemed to look for a keyword in my sentence and did not seem interested to hear my complete history. As she was checking me, I asked her a question about something my previous DOCTOR had prescribed to me. She either chose not to acknowledge my question or did not listen, but responded with "okay, you could get dressed, i'll be right outside", which I thought meant she would be waiting outside and when I'm dressed she will come back in. I waited for 5 mins and one of the front desk girls comes in and says "okay this is your form for the blood test" and I asked where Lulu was, she responds, "your appointment is done, she's with another client." ??? okay... so no answers to my questions, no info on what I'm getting tested on, no "have I answered all of your questions today?" As I'm checking out, I really did not want to stay one more minute but the front desk girl asks me over and OVER what my salary is so they can put that info down to get government grant or something. Isn't that voluntary information? UUUGH! So I give her a number and she was like "is that with you and your husband?" NO! you do not need to know how much me or my husband makes! Fast forward to taking my blood test, the clinic said that Lulu requested the info be sent to her so I call 5 times within 2 weeks to get my mofo results, conversation: some assistant: "oh it came back normal so we don't call back to tell you." me: "okay, they could've told me that two weeks ago. could you tell me what the test was for?" ass hat: "uuuuuumm.. I'm not really sure.. it just says normal." me: "Can you have Lulu call me to tell me what I was tested for?" her: "no, but you can make an appointment to come in to talk to her." me:"no freaking way! not spending another dime or time with you all". Conclusion: I have another appointment booked with a REAL doctor at a REAL hospital. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE ON THESE ASSHATS!!! They have zero communication skills nor care for their patients.
