Know they are not at their best or they wouldn't be there! ...and certainly, shouldn't have to deal with a RUDE receptionist with a nasty personality! Certainly, your business knows this and would want to be as kind, caring and patient while working with their patients' medical problems as possible! There is an allergy Dr on one side and fertility clinic on the other that makes it a bit confusing. I walked into the lobby and saw that there are a couple of businesses in the back listed on the letter board, Quest was one of them. I walked in to the tiny lobby and checked myself in. Since I had made an appointment online this just required me to scan my appointment barcode and ID. I didn't mind not having to talk to a person. The lady that came and got me and took my blood was an absolute doll. She was one of the nicest humans, we talked about kids and grandkids and before I knew it she had collected all of my blood. I am deathly afraid of needles and this was honestly the easiest blood draw I've ever been through. It does say that they take walk ins, however, someone tried when I was there and she told him she was booked and unable to accommodate a walk in, so it's best to make an appointment.
