I have been to this facility twice for blood work. Both times I went in the morning without an appointment. Each time I was treated nicely and the person that did the blood draw was very nice and was very gentle--I hate being stuck but each time I hardly felt it. The next morning I received an email telling me that I could log in to see my results. They also forward the results to my doctor. Using Labcorp is cheaper than using my doctor's office lab and I get the results quicker. Although I don't like getting lab work done, I'd rather go here than anywhere else. This place is a mess. I needed these lab results for school so obviously my name needed to be typed correctly but they put my first name in the last name box and put my last name as my first name and didn't even spell it right. Also, the lady who took my blood was getting frustrated because my blood stopped flowing and she struggles to fill up all the tubes as if I can control my blood flow lol. She also left the door to the room open so people were just walking past and looking into my room. Very frustrating process and do not recommend this location at all. read more

We had to wait over an hour to get blood pulled for a lab test. This facility lost the lab results and didn't send them to the doctor. When you try to call the number to check what went wrong you get only a recording and there is absolutely no way to get a person to talk to in order to check on the results. Worst lab and service ever. Avoid at all costs. read more

I have to get my blood checked every month and Labcorp is the place to get it done. From 8-8:30am they offer walk ins. Then after 8:30 you have to make an appointment. They are all very kind and knowledgeable about what they are doing. If you want to do a walk in you should get there early! People wait outside to be there first! read more

In today for my yearly blood draw. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Arrived an hour early hoping to be seen so that I could go into work. Receptionist was kind and understanding. Donna drew my blood and she was EXCEPTIONAL. She was funny and did not cause any discomfort! read more

Labcorp - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Mason, Ohio

This is probably the most poorly managed Labcorp I've visited. In the year I have been coming here, they have yet to be staffed appropriately and only one staff member is efficient and effective. Kudos to her, she is awesome. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I say that with the caveat that it will only be honored when she is there, otherwise and hour wait is NOT atypical. Even an appointment will not get you seen in a timely manner if this particular employee is not present. I am seriously considering driving the extra five miles to a better managed facility. read more

The ladies here, boy they know what they are doing when it comes to taking blood! There center is always clean and the ladies are always friendly. If a problem comes up with your blood order they do there best to help and fix it. Ruby has to be one of the best phlebotomist out there!!! read more

We went in today for bloodwork for my 5 year old and I was very disappointed in the experience we had. The office is not child friendly. When we met the phlebotomists, my daughter was speaking directly at her and she ignored my daughter repeatedly, she did not assure her or make her feel welcome. When we made it to the room where the blood drawing would take place t was messy, bandage wrappers on the floor, tourniquet roll hanging off the shelf touching the floor, the floor looked like it had a thick coat of grime on it, the bloodwork chair was broken and 'fixed' with duct tape, the trash can was full and overflowing. When I asked if they had cooling spray or numbing lotion they said no they don't do that. My daughter said she was afraid and the lady said yeah this part hurts a lot (referring to the tourniquet part) my daughter let me know she didn't want to do it and their response was for me to hold her down, I told them no, we're gonna cancel the bloodwork and try another day(however we will not be going back there) i would advise people to stay away from this place, the disorderly blood work room and haphazardly rigged bloodwork chair is probably an indication of other sloppy habits. read more

I came here for an drug test. The girl who had me sign in looked bothered to see me. I get it, she processes people's urine for a living, but hey, she signed up for it! I handed her my paperwork and she looked confused. Then said she couldn't test me and was ready to turn me away because I had no registration number and she didn't have the ability to give me one. She tried, and much to her surprise, she could in fact assign a registration number. Guess you learn something new every day! The entire time I was there, I don't think I saw her smile once. Lighten up a little! At least I didn't have to wait in line at all, though. So I'd probably go back, but only if I absolutely had to. read more
