For this visit I wanted to go with an appointment. Appointments may be made online. The location closest to me did not have any appointments for the next two weeks. This location had times and days that worked with my schedule. I arrived 15 min. before my appointment, and checked in at their contactless check-in kiosk. Three minutes later I was called back. A quick temperature check, and we were on our way. After entering in some additional information it was time for the test. Everything was done quickly. I was on my way by my scheduled time. I encountered two employees during my visit. Both were professional. I would have no qualms utilizing this location again.

My doctor had a confirmation that the fax went through 3 weeks ago. My doctor faxed the requisition slip for the test again and I even emailed it to the phlebotomist . Still the two phlebotomists made me wait 1 and a half hours. Finally I had to leave in disgust (especially after the male phlebotomist told me that they had received the email but apparently still want me to wait more). They never acknowledged the receipt of the second fax on the day of the test. I would not recommend such treatment to any patient. The service was quick and efficient. The doctors were very attentive. I had to get X-Rays and their team was able to get it done quickly and effectively so I could get back to the rest of my day. I had a sinus infection, was about to go on a trip, and I needed to get antibiotics to clear it up…read more I went to Ross urgent care, went through the registration process pretty quickly, and I asked specifically if they took my insurance, and they assured me they were in network. It wasn't too long of a wait, and a physicians assistant came in, looked at me quickly, listened to what I said, and wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic. I had paid a $90 co-pay. Not long after, I started getting bills for $165.85 for the office visit, and $93 for the physician assistant's 10 minutes of time, and the prescription he wrote. I called Tri Health, explained the situation, and told them it seemed to me that there must have been a mistake in the billing. The lady told me I might be right, and that I should call the physicians assistant and ask them if they made a mistake. I assured them that I would not do that, because I came to their facility, and they should be able to bill me correctly. She said she would check with her manager, and see if there was anything they could do. The next month, the exact same bill showed up again. I called today, and a tri-health employee told me that though it doesn't sound fair, that's the way they do their billing at urgent care, and that is indeed what I owe. I have not visited many urgent care facilities, but it seems to me that there should be one bill for the visit, and these really do seem like exorbitant prices for a quick visit like that. The location is very handy, the place is nice, but I believe this billing system is a rip off.I did not even see an MD.

HHA is a good practice, and I think they do an overall great job. One thing I really like is that their records are computerized and when I walk out, I have a printed order I can read instead of a hand-written order that I can't make sense of. The nurses are pleasant and do a great job listening as you explain why you're there. Even the wait isn't usually bad - my last doctor you could wait 1-1.5 hours after your appointment time to see the doctor - here, it's usually less than 15 minutes if they are running behind. My only real issue has been the office staff. The response is short sometimes and follow-through can be a little slow if you're trying to get ahold of your doctor by phone. It's not a big deal, but it can be really inconvenient. Net result, I highly recommend the practice and encourage you to check them out.

I seriously love her office and the staff - they are so encouraging. I leave the office with great tips and feeling really good (which is a lot to say from someone that literally struggles with the medical field). It never feels like it's a corporate thing, a pharmaceutical treasure chest, or a 15 min. and gotta go Factory.

They are very professional, they listen, answer questions & are so patient & nice. I had severe pain in my left hip when moving around. They have machines that don't crack my bones but made my hip better after two visits. I will continue to go to keep my bones aligned. Overall, very poor business ethics/ integrity in how they run their business. I had concerns that I brought to their attention and in a phone call trying to discuss them, Dr. Bowen was very disrespectful and unprofessional in every way (especially for a doctor and me being the father of the child that had legitimate concerns). The way he talked to me makes me fear for the next individuals that choose to use his practice not knowing what's beneath the surface with him and his staff. If there was a way to give a zero on this review I certainly would have.
