There is six feet spacing here and in the waiting room of my doctor's office on the fourth floor. The chairs are blocked off to separate the patients before they're called to the back. The wait time is short just a few minutes. Once I'm put in an exam room it is a very short wait before my blood pressure and pulse rate is checked. Then my doctor comes in about five minutes later. The exam and visit is usually about 20 minutes or so. My doctor is not very talkative and leaves the room rather quickly after telling me a very brief summary and when I need to return. I often ask the nurse and at the front desk if I have more questions. Today the nurse had to review the chart to give me an answer. I asked the first person I found at the counter to the left. I was told the directory doesn't turn on for another five minutes when I asked where I could find a directory to find where to go. Finally I walked back to her after walking away and asked where the area was I was trying to find. This woman should not be the first person people encounter as she was the most rude for an 8:00 am appointment when there is nothing marked. The person who checked me in for an ob/gyn appointment was the most friendly as I was not impressed by the doctor as well. I would rather go to UC Health West Chester and will not return to this location.

For my pediatrics visit, the nurse was military style While giving shots to my young children and unprofessional. My kids felt uncomfortable with her bedside manner. Made me switch. Patients are provided with a small dressing area & locker, so that they may change into metal free hospital pants & shirts and remove any metal dental appliances. This is much more pleasant than taking off metal objects, electronics, and partial plates in the waiting room of some other MRI facilities, in front of other people, and handing them to your spouse. This facility provides as pleasant of an experience as possible.
