This was super easy. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, I checked in using the computer that was at the front. A few minutes later I was called up to have them check my lab form. They brought me back right away and drew my blood and took care of my lab work. I was in and out of there before my appointment time. This was super easy and a great experience and I'll be back to this LabCorp in the future. I think the staff member who checked my paperwork and drew my blood was the only staff member there and it was totally fine the day I was there because it was very uncrowded. But on another day when it's busy it might not be quite as quick. Still I will come back here in the future and recommend giving it a shot. read more

I left a blood sample at the 1447 York Road location on July 17th. I knew my results would take up to two weeks. So on July 30 I logged into my account and tried to see my results. Found a message that says "Test not performed. Specimen could not be located." No email or phone call was provided to me. Now I have to do it all over again and hope the timing is still good. I wonder where my blood vial ended up -- the trash I suppose. Will not be returning to Labcorp for my tests again. read more

why do you have to wait so long everytime you come here There were no people waiting when I arrived and I still waited for 20 min. The waiting room.filled up and there was still.no service. I've had a really bad experience with the Bald Head Tall dark skin phlebotomist who sits at the middle desk. She yells across the waiting room at me asking me what's my name. Then when I tell her my name and tell her she don't have to talk to me like that she gets snappy with me and says. Well I act like I couldn't hear her. What I'm deaf or something? I was highly offended. I told her I'm not death but if your tv wasn't so loud I could hear you. Then after she registered me in her system. She takes me to a drawing room in the back and put a drill needle inside my arm and jammed it in there. I would like to speak to someone about her nasty attitude and her sticking me with a drill needle. She needs to be fired. If you don't like your job,go somewhere else. read more

I went to this LabCorp at 1774 York Rd and there is a new black girl there. She is short light complexion skinny and pregnant with colorful hair who sits at the first desk by the window. She is extremely lazy and rude. I sat there and waited 30 minutes and she didnt call my name. She just looked in her phone the entire time. I came to the window to ask her was my name called, she tells me check in and rolled her eyes like I was getting on her nerves. I told her I did check in. She yells she don't see my name, check in again. She goes right back to looking in her phone I check in again. I got called to the back area and I see other people in all the rooms waiting, I saw 1 lab girl drawing blood and that pregnant girl was back in her phone at the first desk not helping at all. The entire time I waited there which was over 50 minutes total I have not seen that lazy pregnant light complexion girl get her lazy azz up and help anyone. The only time I saw her lazy azz get up is when I had her come to the window to speak to me. She didn't draw any blood or register any people in the waiting area. read more

It turns out that this place doesn't start drug tests until 10am; I'm unsure of how I was supposed to figure this out (other than showing up at 7:30 am and being told this. This center should run ALL operations during their hours of operation or clearly state when they feel like doing drug tests. This is for work, and I don't really have all day to wait until they feel like doing their job. Highly displeased with this place in about 5 minutes of being in there. read more

At first I thought this place was nice, but that was mainly because nice people were working there at the time. I have found the staff lately to be pretty rude, particularly Cookie, who acted like she was really put-upon to do her job. Also, the bathroom has no wipes, no soap, and no instructions on how to collect a urine sample. read more

Never again! I had to go to LabCorp because of my insurance. Rude staff members from start to finish. The check-in system was down and I had to ask other people in the waiting area what to do as nobody was at the reception window. There was no working sink or even towels in the restroom where patients go to give a urine sample. (There is another restroom for staff only.) There was a washing station outside of the patients' restroom, not even 6 feet from where blood is drawn. This is the same place where you leave your urine sample, in a basket with everyone else's. I received no greeting nor a thank you or even goodbye. I had to ask if I was free to go. I've never experienced such poor customer service nor such poor sanitary conditions when having bloodwork done. read more

Actually I would give this location a minus 1, but there is not an option for it. When I went today, I was told I needed to sign in via a kiosk. I let the young lady know the I did not have my glasses and could she just sign me in. I was told, "we no longer have sign-in sheets". At the same time, another girl was sitting texting (or whatever) on her cell phone while I needed help. She just stared and kept texting. I walked out as I could not see the kiosk, no one cared and they were too busy on their cell phones. read more

Do not go to this location. It's the worst LabCorp I've ever been to. I walked in at about 2:15 on a Thursday afternoon, with no one in the waiting room. There was no sign-in sheet, so I had to stand awkwardly at the window until the woman behind the counter (who had been there the whole time talking to another employee) shoved the sign-in sheet towards me. I signed in and took a seat. I sat in the empty waiting room for 10 minutes and no one said a word to me. Employees were behind the counter, obviously with nothing to do but talk to each other, and no one ever so much as greeted me. I had to get back to work, but would have gladly stayed longer if I had any indication that anyone there was actually working. I usually go to the location closer to home, in Westminster, and I will go there this weekend to get my bloodwork done. I will never step foot in this place again. read more

I sat in their waiting room for an hour without being called back. This after I had preregistered and filled out all information online. When you have 2 techs in the office and 20 patients in the waiting room its pretty obvious you are understaffed. You may believe you are saving money thru understafing but you are not. I walked out after an hour as did several other patients. My time is too valuable for me to wait for an hour past my appointment time for a 5 minute procedure. read more

The worst labcorp ever! Address 1772 lutherville 21093. The one woman working there is the nastiest woman ever!!! I was speaking to the other woman asking how long it would take me to get blood work done. She said probably 30min. I was fine with that. But when I asked if it's smarter to make an appointment next time the other woman looked at me with a nasty look and said "it's smarter if you just sit there and wait 30 minutes!?! Unreal I was so pissed off I just left and will never go back there again. I was also there before, and left because the women were just hanging out gossiping! The worst place ever truly! read more
