Very kind staff. They did a great job of making sure everyone was seen promptly and in the order they arrived. You have the option to wait in your car and receive a text message, which is awesome. Once I was called back, my entire visit was less than 5 mins!!! My technician was very sweet and gentle with me, a very positive experience overall. Definitely a good care facility if you need to get lab work on a Saturday!! Their hours are 8AM-12PM, so keep in mind you will wait if you get there later in the day thanks to everyone at this location for a great (and fast) visit on Saturday to labcorp!! read more

I don't leave reviews but this one is necessary! First off I have never been to this labcorp before but it was convenient today. The phlebotomist I had was Tyrone and he was by far the best tech I've ever had. He was super nice and very very patient. I have a phobia of needles so blood draws aren't the easiest for me but Tyrone went at my pace. I can't thank you enough for that !! read more

This is just ONE of the worst locations I've ever visited. Unfortunately, it's the most convenient location for me. I've visited this place quite a few times and I've experienced misplaced specimens, mishandled specimens, misplaced orders for redraws, dismissive and substandard customer service even in the event of their own mistake. The branches always appear unkempt, unsanitary and unwelcoming to be a medical related facility. It gives prison wait room vibes. Because unfortunately these are the labs most or at least my insurance company partners with or perhaps since theres not much competition, these are things customers/patients have to deal with and take because nobody is getting bloodwork for fun. From now on, I'd rather make the long distance drive to the hospital lab than over returning to another labcorp facility. I've long looked past the harmful lab experience with these folks. It's apparent this is a trend and acceptable at LabCorp because other locations are just as bad. read more

Pre-Employment Drug Screening. WIN WIN WIN!!! If you can, please schedule an appointment at least a day or two in advance, if possible. I was sent to this location per pre-employment HR for a drug screening that was supposed to be performed by another location. After 2 weeks, a 4 hour in lobby wait, and a very long story of aggravation at the other location, I was asked to visit this location to have the drug screening performed. I scheduled my appointment on Tuesday afternoon for Wednesday morning 10:00am (when they started doing the screenings). I walked in Wednesday morning, earlier than my appointment time, checked in on the super convenient kiosk, sat down, waited about 15 minutes, then was called back right at 10:00am! What?! What kind of magic is this?!?!?! The nurse called me back on the dot! I walked back, the hallway and testing room was clean. The restroom was clean. Everything was exactly as expected. PLUS, I was taken back right on my appointment time with the only wait being that I checked in 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time (as asked). We go back into the room, the nurse asks me to verify information, place my bag in the bin, lock it, and take this cup to go do my drug screening. Came back. Signed the paperwork. Initialed what needed to be initialed. Paperwork was printed and I was on the road! I checked in at 9:45am. I left the building at 10:08am! What a miracle! The other location I went to two weeks prior, I waited over 4 hours to do just the drug test, then they lost BOTH samples of my drug test after two weeks of searching. I have not received results back yet but that's not the point of this review. The point here, is to PLEASE schedule an appointment, show up EARLY, and be patient if necessary. The good- great technicians friendly staff clean environment The bad- long wait it was so busy that there weren't enough seats The ugly- people got so mad waiting that they started yelling at people I came here on a Friday morning. I used to come to this location when it was in the other spot. I was a walk in and had to wait 1 hour for bloodwork but I didn't really care, I expected that. The employees were so nice, I mean strangely nice. I've been to so many other locations where they aren't good. People got CRAZY in the waiting room. One guy stood up and just started yelling. I couldn't wait to get out of here, not because of the staff, but the people waiting. The lady who took my blood was great and professional, very quick. I was scheduled for covid test on Christmas Day. I didn't bother looking for another location because this was supposed to be open and I was able to pick a time for my test. Got there 30mins before my appointment and met a sign at the door that they were closed for the holiday. How was their schedule open if they were supposed to be closed. I waited over 30mins hoping someone would come. But NO! I was even able to check in. Now I will have to pay over 1000$ in flight reschedule for their costly mistake. Should be zero stars. read more

I read a ton of reviews that said the staff here were rude. I didn't experience that at all. I came on a busy Saturday, so busy that I ended up running an errand and coming back. When I came back, I was the 2nd to last person in the waiting room since it was close to closing time. Even though it was only 9 min til closing, the staff was still very accommodating and even generated conversation as we waited. They worked extremely hard that morning but processed everyone efficiently. The tech that drew my son's blood was overworked that day but still made time to have small talk with my son by asking him about school and sports. She made him comfortable and we both appreciated that. The office waiting room was spaced out so that the clients didn't feel forced to sit in close proximity to one another. I do think the back offices and bathroom could use an update but otherwise, we had a nice visit. read more

I came here at noon with an appointment and waited a little bit in the waiting room. They now have checkin kiosks where it scans your id in. I opted to wait in the waiting room as opposed in the car but their parking lot is literally right outside their office. I didnt wait long even though they did a whole bunch of ppl before me. When they called me, the tech took my paperwork and took my blood. I didnt have to show id or give them my ins which they have on file. It moved really quickly as opposed to experiences I've had at other locations. I would come here again for future labwork which is saying a lot! read more

Highly unprofessional staff and horrible attitude. My doctor told me I could go to any labcorp, so I made an appointment online to this one. It was an honest mistake and they basically reamed me out in the middle of the waiting room before I could explain the situation. Interrupting me every time I tried to explain why I did not have physical paperwork. According to them I was not in the system (they didn't bother to check if they spelled my first name correctly). And you trust these people to do lab work on folks? What a joke! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! The door was locked for 25 minutes this morning and despite banging on the door no one answered. A line was forming! Luckily a patient finally came out and we could get in. Walked in Friday morning without appt. Receptionist was helpful, as was the lab tech, and I was in and out more quickly than I expected.

I made an appointment for an employment drug screen at 2:30pm. I didn't get tested until 3:30pm because the drug screen doctor was "on lunch break". If I make an appointment with them, I expect to be seen fairly close to the time I booked or that there would be a more valid reason. read more

What a wonderful experience I had yesterday at LabCorp. I arrived at 7:07 AM and signed in. Shaune called me up right away - what a pleasant and upbeat person. She registered me in record time and sent me to Room 4. Within minutes, she was back to take my blood. I never felt the stick - that is a sign that Shaune really knew her stuff. I was in and out in 10 minutes. How lucky LabCorp is to have Shaune in their employ. Thank you so much. read more

One star because they moved me in and out pretty quickly. The place was run down and the staff was indifferent. Pretty sure a needle shouldn't sting when it's removed, but mine did- probably because my mumbling phlebotomist was rushing and not paying attention to anything but getting me out of there so she could go back to being miserable in the break room. read more
