This location has one particular disgusting women working there. I came in about twenty minutes before close and the woman refused to do her job. I told her that today was the last day to get my bloodwork done on my insurance for pennies and she still refused. She printed out the charges after I lose my coverage and handed me a sheet showing an almost $1000 estimate for next time. I hope you suffer in this life lady, you deserve it the way you treat people. Close Labcorp down, all the locations are literal garbage and the staff is horrible. read more

I've had my bloodwork done at a lot of Labcorp & quest locations across the county & I can easily say this is the best location I've been to in every aspect. I decided to travel a farther distance to this location due to the location a little closer to where I live is what originally made me dread getting my labs done. So I did arrive at the very end of the day about 30 minutes before Closing, was treated like they day had just started by the 2 nice women working there. I was a walk in & was seen right away which added to my good experience. Will 100% drive the extra few miles to a smaller less & less packed office like this one. But besides the natural flow & business of this office my reason for writing the review is the 2 very nice women working on this particular afternoon, one at the desk & the other completing the blood draw. Although my interaction was brief just some really down to earth & kind girls took care of me. I was in & out. Other Labcorp locations need to take some notes. read more

This was *genuinely* the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was in disbelief. This was my first time at a Labcorp so I was unfamiliar with the process. The entire check-in process I was getting yelled at for things I didn't know I was doing wrong. Then, while I waited to be next, the employee talked to the person currently being treated about how much trouble they had with me and how dealing with people and customer service is the worst. I was already nervous to get blood drawn and left near tears because of how terribly I was treated. I will not be back at this location and will not be purchasing more Labcorp services. read more

I came to this location because my usual location on york rd was shut down that day due to a flood. Several people ended up piling into this office due to the temporary closure of the york rd location. The fairmount location is much smaller, has less street parking available, and is located on the first floor of a multi-use office building. So why am I giving this a 5/5? Because the tech, ShaRon, was so amazing! She handled the influx of people in a very kind and professional manner. She was a one-woman-show but she didn't let that stress interfere with her duties. She efficiently checked people in, processed their paperwork/insurance/payment, and completed all lab draws/urine samples while working alone. She maintained communication throughout our visit and informed us of her plan to get all of us taken care of (appropriately 6-8 people in that small waiting room). She never had an attitude or complained despite having to handle everything on her own. She safely completed my blood draw while maintaining a clean environment. I was so impressed. I gave her a compliment because everyday heroes need to be acknowledged more often. Way to go ShaRon! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this place to have bloodwork done and drop off my stool sample. At first, they didn't give me all the required tubes to put the stool in. The only thing I did was bloodwork for another provider. So I come back a second time with the required tubes and sample and did bloodwork, but it looks like THEY THREW AWAY MY stool SAMPLE! Only bloodwork turned in. Got my results and it says "Test not performed" for my fungus, ova + parasite exam and reference micro problem test. These 2 women; DIDNT EVEN SEND IT! I AM UPSET! I had this gut feeling.. and sure enough. I will never come here again 849 fairmount location! My first time coming this lady gave me only 1 tube for stool sample (I needed 3 more and I did show her my form), second time come back that lady was nice but I couldnt do everything as she said I was missing tubes. Had my 2 year old and 3 month old children! Was told Ill have to come back and redo the stool sample. Third time, these two women are going to pull something and not turn my stool sample in?!!! Are you kidding me? It's hard with traffic, kids, and a hassle to even know when you're going to have a bowel movement. I am a mother with 2 kids I have to log around with going through health problems and other issues post partum and this is what I get? What comes around goes around. I have a feeling this was done only cause I spoke up to some gentleman to reverify with the lady if he was given all his test tubes for stool sample - as I had to have stool culture and I they didn't give me everything. I was not mad! No harm.. but the lady at the front desk was Livid! Defenseful with a mean look on het face at me told the guy "you have the right tubes!" Hopefully, they did. ...
