Made an appointment online for 8:15 this morning. At the time I made my appointment, all other morning appointments were booked. Showed up at 8:05 to find several people waiting outside, a bag on the door handle and the doors locked. I spoke to someone who works in a nearby business and they stated they have no idea what goes on there; it seems they open only when they feel like, not for their posted hours. Waited a bit and then went shopping. Called the 800 number (800) 745-0233 to see what was going on and was 'conveniently' disconnected without being given any answers. Returned a couple of hours later and the bag was no longer on the door handle but the doors were locked even though there was a light on in the waiting room. Booked an appointment with Quest for next week. Done with LabCorp; Quest all the way from here on out. read more

Nobody enjoys having to fast and have blood drawn the next day. The staff at this location are professional, friendly, and efficient. They were ready for me at my appointment time and I was in-and-out in under ten minutes. I will be going here for all of my lab test needs from now on. read more

I visited this site on 9/30/25 and they turn me around, say couldn't take me because I needed a 6hr window for antibody test. So called another LabCorp, they told me that it only took a 2hr window. She said that wasn't true about the 6 hr. Window. So went back there again on 10/2/25 the same lady told me the lie about the 6 hr. Window. I told her that I've been coming here for last few months, she's the one who saw me, I was told by her that it was a 2 hour window last month, so pretend that she doesn't remember telling me that. The Hispanic guy and Caucasian lady are so rude to patients! After going round and round, she said her boss told she could see me. The only friendly person was who took my blood. My thing if you can't work under those conditions then find a different job, no way should people be treated like this! Because they signed up for the job! read more

Arrived at 7:30 am was told 8:30, at 9:30 i asked at desk and she said they were double booked all day! My 3rd attempt at this location, as for a week there was a note on the door saying closed due to emergency ! Never again! read more

After trying for 45 minutes to setup an appointment, I gave up and setup an appointment with quest lab in 5 minutes.

2nd review for Largo Labcorp. Went today for an appointment that I scheduled 3 weeks ago. Nothing. I wasn't scheduled. There was only 1 person there to work the front desk and to do blood drawls. This was at 11am. I was told to go to the kiosk to sign in and had to schedule a new appointment for 3 weeks out. Ridiculous. No wonder they don't have any employees. I wouldn't put up with that. You can't schedule an appointment through the app at all. I unfortunately do not have an option of going to them because that's where my Dr sends me because I have no insurance at the moment. It's not fair to people to have to put up with this because of horrible management. read more

Tried to go to the largo mall location as a walk-in. Could see it would be a while wait, lots of people in front of me. I'm ok with that. I then sit down and overhear the gentleman at the front desk tell someone walk-ins are 2-3 hours and we should make an appointment. Went to go up and ask if I could make an appointment with him for the afternoon or tomorrow. He then starts to yell at everyone in the line that he needs to work and doesn't have time to answer our questions. Then gets up and comes out to the waiting room and yells more at people. Telling them he has to work and not ask him questions. That if they didn't want to wait, they should have made appointments. When a women responded she just got out of the hospital and that the soonest online appointment was weeks away, he shut her down. I walked out without my labs being done. Will never come back. Unprofessional and rude. read more

John is awesome! I told him when in went in that I am a tough stick,!usually takes several tries. John was a pro and able to get my labs drawn on the first try. The location was convenient and clean and I got right in and out in quickly with only one hole in my arm this time. read more

Labcorp is obviously not able to keep staff as this is the second location closed within a 5 mile radius in the last 3 months. I will be going to a different lab as they don't even tell you they have closed or had the cancel your appointment and when you have to hold medications fast and get up early to got to a lab appointment it is unacceptable read more

They only have one person working here and the wait is insane. No bathroom in the lobby. Just a horrible experience

Not a good experience trying to get my lab results from these people .Still waiting after 8 days and when I enquired at their office in Largo Mall I was told "nothing to do with me". I found the front line staff not friendly and unhelpful. Wow, you would not want to be waiting for urgent lab results from these people. read more

Today I decided to walk in to the Ulmerton Labcorp location and the only person there was FANTASTIC from reception to the blood draw that was the purpose of my visit. I am a very very very difficult draw and it always takes at least 2 butterfly sticks to get the blood required and ALWAYS leaves me with 2 VERY painful dark purple bruises that takes at least 3 weeks to heal. TODAY was the the FIRST time in my life, that I had ONLY ONE stick with literally no pain. As long as John is there, i will always go to this location. Take it from a 73 year old, HE IS THE VERY BEST at his job! read more

Just finished my drug screening with LabCorp in Largo. Juan F was so nice and helpful through the whole process, from the checkin to the check out. He got me in and out in less than 10 minutes !! I have used this Labcorp for several year as it's so convenient to my home. I have typically seen Juan when I'm there, he's always awesome. Last week at 7:00 AM he opened the door to 4 people waiting in line, he was by himself and as friendly as always. He did not skip a beat getting everyone in and facilitated, which included helping one guy having trouble at the machine. I think during this time at least two more people came in. I'm impressed with how well he handles people and was running the whole show with out complaining, which included drawing blood! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes...amazing! Kudos to Juan for consistently being an above average employee! read more

Where do i start. Went for blood work with my daughter. I was poked 2x. The first time was in my hand she blew the vein and was not able to get enough. She then threw an ice pack on it to "stop the bruising". Yeah ok!!! See photo!!The phlebotomists called in another. Second puncture? She jabbed me so hard that she had issues starting the draw and half way through she moved the needle and blew it yet again. The bruises I have (see photo) I'm sure will get worse. Then it was my daughter's turn. Who has awesome veins. Hers are an easy draw that a beginner could do it blind! Not for the phlebotomists here.. she poked and had to dig around. But the most horrid thing I saw was that the stupid phlebotomists retracted the needle while it was still in her vein. Are you f ing kidding. Maybe I'm incorrect but that is not why the needle is retractable to retract it while still in the patient's vein!?!?? It stung her so bad. I would never ever go back there. A place the specializes in drawing blood and had a difficult time in doing so?? No thanks. read more

Lab tech came into room wearing thin scarf (often called gators) around mouth and partway up his nose as face covering. I noticed the receptionist was wearing a gator also. I asked the lab tech why he wasn't wearing a surgical mask. He said "surgical masks don't work." I asked if his boss knew he was wearing that. He said his boss saw him wearing it and didn't say anything. To the lab tech's credit at my appointment, he left the room and came back wearing a surgical mask. As he started approaching me before drawing my blood, I thanked him for putting on the surgical mask. However, its puzzling to me, as repeatedly it has been reported in the media that "gators" are too thin and do not prevent transmission of the Covid-19 virus and that people should be wearing a surgical mask, which does work, or a two layer fabric mask, preferably 2 masks at this time. Next time if I see this gator being used as a surgical mask by a health care worker, I will cancel my appointment and walk out. read more
