I just got home from this urgent care in Great Neck plaza, next to the Rite Aid that closed last…read morefall. i am impressed. i came an hour early and did not have to wait long to be seen. the receptionist was so sweet and checked me in, and the nurse I saw was excellent, as was the doctor. i have an ear infection which could not wait the 3 weeks until I see my own ear doctor. I was treated so effectively by the doctor that I am now feeling about 98% better! i will still keep my doctor's appointment in 3 weeks but this couldn't have waited. I am so glad I came here.

If she was ever working in New York city offices, she would be fired. You don't speak to the doctor's patients or anyone as a matter of fact like that. I only keep going to Dr Ingber because he is five minutes from my home. I was recommended to him. The person who recommended me did not tell me about his receptionist. I called him and told him what my experience was with her on my first visit, and it has not changed.

I don't usually leave negative reviews , especially about doctors and their staff, but this is an exceptional situation. Recently I requested a clearance letter from the doctor so I can return to work. I initially asked Kathy for the letter to be mailed, not realizing it was time sensitive and that I needed it by Monday. When I requested it to be faxed to my place of employment she said no, and abruptly hung up the phone. When my place of employment contacted her on my behalf, she was equally rude and abrupt. Dr. Ingber is a very good doctor, but you have to go through her to see him. I have to go for a follow up visit, and sincerely hopecshe is not there the day I have to go in.

In any case, brought my daughter to Standup MRI yesterday. Been here several times before. The place is very small, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in service and execution. The receptionists were extremely nice, as was the technician who explained everything to us. My wife usually brings my daughter into the MRI area. My daughter suffers from anxiety, but the technician, as always, made her feel comfortable. Everything went well with no problems. I highly recommend this place.

The process literally took a month just to track him down. His staff is decent at trying to track him down but be prepared to wait on the line for 5 to 10 minutes. The whole practice seems to lack compassion and familiarity with the patient. Overall I probably won't stay with this doctor but I've been to worse.

Once I was done filling out my information, she looked everything over and sent me to Room 7. I was greeted by Nancy whom took my vitals and asked me a few questions, she explained the PA will see me next. PA Marie, was friendly, polite and informative, she did a few tests to my face, head and back. Explained I might have some pain tomorrow and to take Tylenol. PA Marie explained to monitor for any dizziness and nauseousness . She wrote me a note for my job and send me on my way. The Urgent care was extremely clean, smelled amazing and all the people who I came in contact with was Great! Thank you for your professionalism and knowledge. A must Urgent care if you're in need of medical attention.
