Probably, they do it with every patient customer, since that view you as a nasty source of infection. You have to apply the security protocol, but not to ignore or treat the parients unrespectfully. I had a 12:15 PM appointment and was told by the receptionist, Kamine, that the doctor was running on time and I would be seen immediately. I arrived early, expecting things to proceed as scheduled. Instead, I waited 45 minutes with no update. When I finally inquired about the delay, I was told that Dr. Surasky had decided to take a no-fault appointment in place of mine and that I would need to wait an additional hour to be seen. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Clear communication and honoring scheduled appointments should be basic standards in any medical practice. I will not be returning.
