Reading the reviews of past visitors, I see no pictures, no profile picture, zero friends, outdated…read morereviews. My rant is, users Yelped to make a complaint and das (That's) it. My findings today, at 611 Northern Blvd, there is a huge park and lock/ parking lot and I believe they have a lot underneath I saw it when I drove past the aisle that I meant to turn into. I found out that they have two elevator entrances on both sides of the building. Going inside to the doctor's office, there's a glass entrance as you enter the suite you walk to check-in there's 5 windows numbered and marked with the doctor's name , a chart in the front to direct you to which window that coincides with each doctor. It seems well organized. A huge spacious waiting area is provided with a few high top seating, a double seater, and a lot of single chairs. The aesthetics are, as any doctor's office; you know, a bunch of medical docs (no pun intended, but it just happened) and brochures as well as advertisement. I had a pleasant visit from check in to check out. Dr. Danoff was jovial and I did appreciate that. It was great humor with eye contact. My visit was for joint issues. Dr. Danoff was every thorough with providing detailed information and I did feel comfortable seeing him. I've heard that he was a really good doctor, first impression... So far so good! Another reason to .... Inspire more, Yelp more!

Sicken Front desk experience. My wife having knee problems,…read moreso she went for the gel injections but turns out she has more pain on her knee after getting the gel injections. We are not knocking the doctor or the nurses. But the outpatient desk. Very very rude and unprofessional. When we check in on the second visit we started to notice how poorly their interaction with the patients. But today was worse, all these front desk people are like a gang. In front of us, the lady who checked us in at there desk openly saying loudly check to outpatient desk, "see if they have co-paid" and watching us with an attitude, while we wait for our follow up. And the outpatient desk is giving us attitude, like we don't understand this. Very Very unprofessional. I had to say openly deescalate, He was upsetting us, wife is in pain. And all that was needed just give us our papers and some advice on the next step. I leave them in Gods hand. But i will pray for justice.

You need an appt 7000, meds 7000, prior approval 7000, speak with doctor 7000, advise them your in traffic and running late 7000. The worst is if you miss the call back (if you get one) is they are told not to leave their name just to call back the number which is you guessed it : the 7000 #. this takes all responsibility away from your issue. If you kike impersonal, businesslike, it's not my job, we don't give out names or contact info and your doctor has a new or better plan then everywhere else then add a star or two. My nurse who came to my home didn't read the instructions and administered my medication incorrectly. She wasn't paying attention and I'm the one who has to suffer. Now I'm waiting for them to deliver new medication and my treatment is all messed up all because the nurse didn't read the instructions on the package and just assumed. As a medical professional I don't understand how you can administer medication to a first time patient of yours and not read the instructions. She wasted valuable and expensive medication for no reason. Now dealing with the pharmacy and getting all kinds of different stories not knowing who to trust and believe. They really don't care about people and are the worst pharmacy ever. I never get a call when they're going to deliver my medication, they just show up. I have to wait around all day for them, since the medication has to be refrigerated, they can't just leave it outside my door.I expected more from Northwell, I'm really disappointed in them. If you are working in the medical field, you need to actually care about people and help them, not make their lives worse and more complicated. We're sick, that's why we are receiving this medication in the first place, why are you making it more difficult for us?

All of the staff was very kind. Dr. Chu and nurse Sheila were wonderful and very comforting to my LO who was very reluctant to be there in the first place. Considering how nervous I, as a family member, was to take LO to the first neuro appointment, I truly appreciate Dr. Chu and the staff. I did see other people waiting for other doctors for HOURS though. So I guess it is doctor dependent ?

I went back on Tues because I'm having respiratory/sinus issues and again have upcoming Drs appts so I decided to get the PCR test I should have my results Friday . This CitiMD location is spotless and once again the Staff is great ! You walk in, go to kiosk (iPad) and enter your info, have a seat and I waited all of 15-20 mins !

Within a few days she was itching again. I clearly missed an egg. Having gone through it I would have come to DeLiceful immediately and saved myself time and money on the kit. We decided to come to the Floral Park location based on a recommendation from a friend. Also, it was cheaper than the other places I saw online and I appreciated that they have a 30 guarantee so if she has it again within 30 days they'll retreat for free. That was a big selling point for me in case she's given it to her friends and now they're going to be passing it back and forth. I appreciate knowing that if that happens I won't have to continue paying. Rosa is the person that treated her and she was extremely thorough and sweet. She was very informative as well. I had her check my head as well because I was itchy and I swore I'd gotten it from my daughter. Rosa checked me thoroughly and advised I didn't have it. She easily could have told me I did and made an additional $175 to fake treat me. I really appreciate how ethical they are. The store was very comfortable and made the process a lot easier. There is a big television where my daughter watched Netflix and an assortment of candy and snacks. I can not say enough about this business. Definitely five stars! I just got home from this urgent care in Great Neck plaza, next to the Rite Aid that closed last…read morefall. i am impressed. i came an hour early and did not have to wait long to be seen. the receptionist was so sweet and checked me in, and the nurse I saw was excellent, as was the doctor. i have an ear infection which could not wait the 3 weeks until I see my own ear doctor. I was treated so effectively by the doctor that I am now feeling about 98% better! i will still keep my doctor's appointment in 3 weeks but this couldn't have waited. I am so glad I came here.
