Gets the job done. Come here if you must, but the workers are very unwelcoming and unfriendly.

Over the years, he has drawn complex, highly specialized labs for me, and each time I've had full confidence that it was drawn accurately. The lab results have validated that each time. Finally, I have such peace of mind knowing that Bill will ship my labs each time, ensuring proper temperature control, adequate documentation, and protective equipment in place.I

He wears an N95 mask, and the overall experience has always been smooth. He was also very understanding about the fact that my health conditions can flare unpredictably, which meant I occasionally needed to reschedule at the last minute. He was usually quick to respond to texts or emails about scheduling. My last blood draw with Bill was in September 2025. Labcorp said that frozen plasma samples for two tests in the large order were missing, so I emailed and then texted Bill to see if he could confirm drop-off or whether they just needed to be redrawn. I honestly assumed it was a Labcorp error. After two weeks, he let me know he was out of the country for a few months without reliable cell coverage. I gave him grace because I know he is in high demand and the circumstances were extenuating. I had the blood redrawn by another phlebotomist and planned to continue booking with Bill once he returned. Since then, I have tried to book new blood draws via text, phone, or email, but Bill has not responded. Google reviews indicate that he has completed recent appointments and responded quickly to schedule, so it doesn't seem like he's still out of the country. For homebound patients like myself who rely on mobile phlebotomy for care, this lack of predictability can be challenging. It would be really helpful to have clearer communication about his availability -- for example, an out-of-office email auto-reply, an updated voicemail greeting, or a note on his website indicating whether he is currently accepting appointments and the best way to reach him. Overall, Bill provides 5-star high-quality care when reachable---- the only limitation has been the difficulty reaching him and uncertainty about availability. I've been trying to book with him again and would really like to continue working with him if he sees this! I hope he is able to reconnect.

Both times, the phlebotomists were very good. No pain, didn't mind my questions, and were cheerful. For multiple blood draws and urine sample, I was out in less than 15 minutes. Hit or miss on the wait time. Last year, I waited a long time. This year (2025), there was no wait. They've managed to automate almost everything - which is good and bad. They don't even have a receptionist to call you in to the lab. The phlebotomists themselves came in to the waiting room and call your name - which is nice. But I don't like that the front desk doesn't even have a receptionist. Shockingly, they don't have wifi so I skipped the mobile-phone check-in and used their check-in machine which worked well and even understood that I had a secondary insurer. On the downside, once in the lab, the phlebotomist asked me to sign more forms. I hate last minute forms that I'm under pressure to sign quickly. Why couldn't I do this when I made the appointment? The most annoying form was for a credit card just in case insurance didn't pay. I found that disconcerting. But then she said it wasn't required. (So why bother?) Perhaps I'm being overly picky so I'll generously give 4 stars.

I paid $2500 dollars to find out which specific phenotypes I might have that have been documented in the medical community. I cannot believe my medical provider and the genetic specialist recommend this company. What I received was a report that said negative, there was no reference to which genes where. The report had a reference to a scientific paper that the customer had to read & decipher to figure out what was sequenced. Find another company, and question the physician/geneticist that recommends this company.

Dr. Natalie Hauser confirmed no cost will be incurred for the appointment and testing since I have already met my deductible. Received a $400 bill in the mail in March 2022. Contacted Dr. Hauser and she stated, "Yes, even though your deductible was met, there was an expected OOP when GeneDx checked on your benefits, but they should have reached out to you to let you know the amount and ask if you were okay with it before proceeding with the test". Please note, GeneDx NEVER called me about the expected out of pocket pay, and if I known it would cost me $400, I would not have taken the genetics test. Called GeneDx on March 18th, 2022 and spoke to Lee. I asked why GeneDx did not notify me of the cost before testing. Lee mentioned Aetna responded to the claim on February 24th, 2022 (after testing was done) and received an explanation of benefits explaining my responsibility is $400. Lee also mentioned this is because I did not meet my deductible as the testing was done on 1/20/2022. Proceeded to call Aetna on March 18th, 2022 and spoke to Chloe. She confirmed Dr. Hauser submitted the claim and did NOT explain as to why I was tested and hence why there is a $400 out of pocket expense. Aetna needed to know why there was a need for the testing and Dr. Hauser should have included in notes for this claim. Chloe then proceeded to submit a claim and in turn the Aetna Claims Department will reach out to Dr. Hauser to provide an explanation as to why I needed genetics testing done. Chloe mentioned I should hear of an update soon and should be corrected in two weeks. Aetna will then contact GeneDx of the correction and eliminate the out of pocket expense. Based on the negative experience, misinformation and bad business practice from Dr. Hauser and GeneDx, I strongly recommend potential clients to research and seek other legitimate and credible genetics doctor and testing services. If you have no other option but to go through GeneDx for genetics testing, I highly recommend you take the initiative to call GeneDx to confirm the out of pocket expense. Please note, there are similar reviews posted by former patients that experienced the same issue and fraudulent tactics from GeneDx.

I arrived five minutes early, checked in, and then waited 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. At this point, it's been 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and I'm still waiting. This raises an obvious question: what is the purpose of making appointments if patients are expected to wait this long? If the office is running behind or unable to accommodate patients as scheduled, the responsible thing to do would be to notify patients or offer to reschedule. We are all busy. Patients make an effort to arrive on time and usually extend a reasonable grace period--but there is a limit. Respect for patients' time matters. We are clients, we pay for these services, and basic communication and courtesy should be a priority. Very disappointing experience.

Then gets up and teaches me how to use such kiosk. afterwards, calling me up. To then go through the whole process the kiosk initially did. At the point of this incident there was no more than 4 people in the waiting room, "in front of me," if you will. All waiting to be called back or called up to the window where they can assist you, vice versa. I can count 15 chairs in this waiting room. So their excuse of being "busy with others" as they are having the time to come out and instruct me on a kiosk is contradicting. They also both left the window, as I'm writing this review. Unsure of what they could be doing as I'm sure they are not tending a lingual contact point with patients... along with working the back... if so, that is a problem in itself.
